".  I have a directory under Documents and Settings of a former user who uses this PC is no longer, and the user account has been deleted.  But I don't have access to the files in spite of being the only user and administrator.  I can't access this grace at a command prompt.  The folder name is too long, and the short name will not work.  I tried right click directly on the folder, but not getting anything to work with.  Uncheck "read only" does nothing, and when I look again, it is considered as 'read only' again.  I can't delete the folder.  I can't access the folder.  Any help would be appreciated.

  I'm not Lisa, but you can start the computer with Linux Livecd such as Knoppix or a Bart PE disk and copy the data from the file to an external hard drive in this way. You can then delete the folder if you use the Linux NTFS driver (if your Windows drive is formatted in NTFS; he did not need something special if it's FAT32) or just delete it using the Bart PE.

  I have a RN204 4.6.2 running in an OSX system which will not allow access to the Media folder via the IOS app on iPhone or iPad. I can access the media folder via the ReadyCloud portal or the finder on MAC without problem, but the IOS App shows "Access Denied" and requests user & password, which, when entered, does not. I can access all other folders via the application, just not the media folder. Permissions are set the same as the other issues so I'm not sure what the question is that if she's Readycloud app for IOS.   I'm no expert, but I feel that my C drive disappeared, or at least has been hidden. My documents, pictures and music files are all empty. My programs (start > all programs) have been removed and deleted the shortcuts on the desktop. When I go to my computer, my personal and shared document files are not accessible. Under the description it says that they are hidden. My local disk (c) is also empty, but there is still very little space which suggests that programs and files have not been deleted.

  MoHlog.txt file is related to the software of modem on the computer, you can uninstall and reinsta it check if it works.

  Also scan your computer for any infection by virus still present on the computer using any scanner online.

  You can also try the system restore to the point before that the computer has been infected by the virus and check if it helps.
