Cannot cancel or submit email support!

Why the world isn't Adobe offer email support?

I started a chat window and there seems to be an adobe staff not enough to support the need for a chat support. Considering the time - which is understandable, but why not send an email to support? It lists 'phone' and 'chat' and tells me that I can't use the phone.

My problem: I thought that I cancelled my subscription, but apparently adobe think that I did not and tries to charge me - but I've never been in a valid credit card. It turns out that I have not used the service so I didn't continue my trial to a full membership. (I was not even enjoy the free photos). It's the first day of the following month today.

What I need: the charge withdrawn and cancelled my subscription. (By the way I can't stop my subscription while a charge is on my account).

And WHILE I was TYPING THIS a personal support chat online and should look at me in the chat window, came for 4 minutes and did not wait and CANCELED my cat after does not appear for more than 30 minutes. EXTREMELY frustrating.
