  1. right click on a box empty desktop and select Customize.

  2. click on appearance and the color of the window.

  3. click on the properties of classical appearance open for other color options (if you are NOT using Windows Aero, you can omit this step).

  4. in the appearance settings dialog box, click Advanced.

  5. on the drop down item menu select buttons of legend. Make sure that its size is equal to 19 (by default).

  Another option is to re-apply your current theme:

  Repeat steps 1-3 above. Change your Windows classiccolor scheme, for example in the appearance settings dialog box, and click apply. Now return to your desired color scheme and click apply, OK.

  If all else fails, try to rebuild the Vista icon cache:

  3. in the drop-down color menu, select medium (16 bit).

  In the Organizer, I was able to successfully change the icons on several of my keywords, but for some reason, when I right click on a couple of my labels to open tag editor, 'change icon' button is grayed out and I can't change the icon image.
