However, I can't find a way to modify or even delete my mails from Apple (@me & @iCloud). I want to be able to change my Apple email addresses because the 'old' I have is that Apple has forced me to come back in 2012. I don't want to create an 'alias' because that do not get rid that old emails are still there; I don't like clutter. I have my full name in these old emails from Apple, and I don't want that. Or is it just in an exclusive way in doing that I don't know? So much for the "simplicity".

  You cannot delete the @icloud.com addresses etc, you created when you created the account. If you create an alias it work that addresses of original on the outside, and nobody will see these.

  You can do none of this, I'm afraid. You can change the email address that is your Apple ID to another address non-Apple, but you cannot change it to your iCloud address (which is an Apple ID itself). And you are unable to use this address iCloud in conjunction with any other Apple ID.
