Cannot create indexes on the flow table

Hello

I'm new to ODI.

The problem is that during the execution of an interface, I get the error of the "IKM Oracle Dimension to slow variation"

The command in step "Create unique index on the flow table:

creating index < % = odiRef.getTable ("L", "INT_NAME", "A") % > idx

on < % = odiRef.getTable ("L", "INT_NAME", "A") % > (< % = odiRef.getColList ("", "[column]", ",", "", "SCD_NK") % >)

< % = odiRef.getUserExit ("FLOW_TABLE_OPTIONS") % >

generate the following statement which lacks the name of the column between the (_)

Create index I$ _MYTABLE_idx

I have $_MYTABLE)

NOLOGGING

The result is that the interface fails with the error 936: 42000: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00936: lack of expression caused by the previous command wrong.

Please, can you help me?

Thank you very much

Angelo

Hello

I'm really really sorry! I just realized that you are working on the SCD. Basically, you are looking for all the column mapped as SCD_NK (key to slowly change natural Dimensions) insofar as shown here

    correct syntax is
    ALTER TABLE.

    MOVE the LOB ()
    STORE AS (tablespace );

Where is a name of the / columns LOB, not the name of the segment. Moving type LOB data will move its indexes as well.

    Hi all
I held the syntax to create indexes on the nested table.

I found below synta but when I try it with my table it gives me error

    CREATE UNIQUE INDEX indx_name
    ON nestedtablestore (NESTED_TABLE_ID, id);

What is here NESTED_TABLE_ID & ID

They are virtual your nested table

    Here is an example.

create or replace type obj as object (no integer, address varchar2(100))

    Please help,

    Hello

first of all, think of all these SQL for the subquery on MAX (fairy) with analytical functions, the examples given on AskTom of rewriting: http://asktom.oracle.com/pls/asktom/f?p=100:11:0:P11_QUESTION_ID:9843506698920

So I'll start with a normal index the MSID (but I think you already have), but provide a compression on the column, I think the same value MSID exist several times in the table. If the performance is not satisfactory or that the plan is not the best, then an option to include more columns can help you.

I think that the first part of the answer will bring more gain.

  • How to create indexes on the ordered collection of XMLTYPE table?

    I use Oracle 11.2.0.2.

Basically, my XML documents have a 3-level hierarchy:

    event

    + - action [1: n]

    + - param [1: n]

I try to create indexes on the tables of the orderly collection, but cannot get the right syntax...

I created a table with an XMLType object-relational column:

    Thank you in advance...

If the schema is not annotated and XS: Integer and XS: String are mapped to types of data NUMBER and VARCHAR2 (4000), so you must use in your query to avoid typecasting unnecessary operations.

You must also use XMLTABLEs chained when accessing a parent/child instead of a FLWOR expression relationship, otherwise the CBO cannot rewrite the XQuery query correctly (maybe it's fixed in the latest version).

If you make these changes, the plan should show the cleaner predicates:

    SQL > SELECT EVENT_ID, MESSAGE_ID, ACTION_TYPE, ACTION_SUB_ID, ACTION_TIMESTAMP

    2 FROM test_table

    3 XMLTABLE ('/ monitoring ')

    4 COLUMNS XML_CONTENT OF PASSAGE

    5 WAY of VARCHAR2 (4000) EVENT_ID "ID."

6 actions for XMLTYPE PATH 'action '.

    (7) T1,

    8 XMLTABLE ('/ action')

    Shares of PASSAGE 9 COLUMNS

NUMBER of ACTION_SUB_ID 10 PATH "actionSubId."

    11 PATH of VARCHAR2 (4000) ACTION_TYPE "type."

    12 WAY of NUMBER ACTION_TIMESTAMP 'time '.

    (13) T2

14 WHERE EVENT_ID IS NOT NULL

15 AND ACTION_SUB_ID IS NOT NULL

    16;

Now, if it is still necessary, everything boils down to choosing a technique for index NULL values:

-composite index with a column not zero or constant

    -FBI

    -bitmap image

Choose the one that best fits your data, the selectivity and activity on the tables.

    int t1 is T1. Table_Index();

This property returns my length (4) of table column

Using this index (t1) I HAV to see what position I'm at table now...

    someone help me...

You can use a listfield, he supports methods to get the selected row and its contents.

    Hello

You code works very well for me.  I had to change to run on my system tablespaces, but otherwise, what you posted worked for me when I tried (in a different schema than SYS, of course).

  • Index on the primary table becomes UNUSABLE after Exchange of partition

    Hello!

I am the scene changes to partition and somehow, I see that the partition that I Exchange eventually becomes "UNUSABLE".

    The steps that I'm following:

    1. creating the temporary table:

    CREATE TABLE TEMP_TKTHEADER
    AS SELECT * FROM T3TKTHEADER
    WHERE 1 = 2

    2. replacement of the partition

    ALTER TABLE T3TKTHEADER
    PART08Q1Q2 PARTITION EXCHANGE
    WITH TABLE TEMP_TKTHEADER

After the Exchange is carried out and I ask the stats of the index on the primary table (T3TKTHEADER as in this case):

    INDEX_NAME NOM_PARTITION STATUS
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    XTKTHDR1 PART08Q1Q2 UNUSABLE
    XTKTHDR10 PART08Q1Q2 UNUSABLE
    XTKTHDR11 PART08Q1Q2 UNUSABLE
    XTKTHDR12 PART08Q1Q2 UNUSABLE
    XTKTHDR13 PART08Q1Q2 UNUSABLE
    XTKTHDR14 PART08Q1Q2 UNUSABLE
    XTKTHDR2 PART08Q1Q2 UNUSABLE
    XTKTHDR3 PART08Q1Q2 UNUSABLE
    XTKTHDR4 PART08Q1Q2 UNUSABLE
    XTKTHDR5 PART08Q1Q2 UNUSABLE

    XTKTHDR7 PART08Q1Q2 UNUSABLE
    XTKTHDR8 PART08Q1Q2 UNUSABLE
    XTKTHDR9 PART08Q1Q2 UNUSABLE

    This is normal behavior!
Is not swap Partition just supposed to change the pointer to the partition of the temporary table data and leave the rest of the table intact!

    Thank you

    Dear AB007,

    Please see subpart of swap partition. I assumed that the version of your database is GR 11, 2;

    http://download.Oracle.com/docs/CD/E11882_01/server.112/e10592/statements_3001.htm#BABHHAHF

INCLUDING | EXCLUDING INDEXES Specify INCLUDING INDEXES if you want local index partitions or subpartitions to be exchanged with the corresponding table index (for a nonpartitioned table) or local indexes (for a hash-partitioned table).
Specify EXCLUDING INDEXES if you want all index partitions or subpartitions corresponding to the partition and all the regular indexes and index partitions on the exchanged table to be marked UNUSABLE.

    Hope that helps.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Runtime error "Cannot find system in the file table.

    I need help!

I have a Blackberry Curve 8310 and have recently installed Version 4.5

I'm trying to set my synchronization.  I followed the steps to set up my Outlook 2007 calendar.  He told me congratulations! You have configured the product. However, when I press Finish, I get a runtime error "cannot find system in the file table.

I uninstalled the program and reinstalled - the same error.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    FIGURED IT OUT!

The following steps, which are displayed on the RIM support will work; However, I had to do it another way.  In step 1, it says that ilxolkCompanion.fil is located in the path C:\Program Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Connectors\MS Outlook Connector... However, when I searched this file, it was actually located in C:\Program Files\Blackberry\Connectors\MS Outlook Connector.  (Maybe it's because I upgraded from 4.2.2 to 4.5 w/o filling a clean uninstall... not too sure why)

Once I located the file via the command prompt, I have not recorded in accordance with the instructions of step 1.  I then followed step 2 exactly Word for Word... and VOILA!  I have now Version 4.5, working with MS Outlook 2007

    Resolution

If the connectors folder is always present in C\Program Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Connectors\MS Outlook Connector, follow these steps:

    1. Unregister the old of the Microsoft Outlook ilxolkCompanion.filconnector.

      1. Open the command prompt.
      2. Navigate to C:\Program research in Motion\BlackBerry\Connectors\MS Outlook Connector.
      3. Type command regsvr32 u ilxolkCompanion.fil.
      4. In Desktop Manager, Microsoft Outlook is no longer appears as an available desktop application.
    2. Save the latest Microsoft Outlook Connector.
      1. Navigate to C:\Program research in Motion\BlackBerry\IS71 Connectors\MS Outlook Connector.
      2. Type the command regsvr32 msoutlookconnector.fil.
      3. Office Manager, Microsoft Outlook will be now stored as an available desktop application.

Once these steps have been completed, configure synchronization again.

  • Create ctxsys.ctxcat index in the object Table

What I'm trying to do is to create an index of type ctxsys.ctxcat on 'col3 '. But this 'col3' is not a 'TABLE', but in an object, as follows:

CREATE OR REPLACE TYPE TestObj AS OBJECT
    (
    col1 varchar2 (10),
    col2 varchar2 (10),
    COL3 varchar2 (10),
    COL4 varchar2 (10)
    );

    CREATE OR REPLACE TYPE AS THE TestObj TABLE TestTable;

Now, how can I create an index of type ctxsys.ctxcat on 'col3 '?

create index test_ind on TestTable (col3) indextype is ctxsys.ctxcat;?

    Thank you for helping.

    Scott

You cannot index a user-defined data type. Indexes are used for persistent storage of persistent objects.

What I suspect you really want is an associative array or an array indexed by integer binary. Demos here:

    http://www.morganslibrary.org/reference/arrays.html

  • A different function is created instead of the expected (table Index instead of initialize array) Labview - a 8.5

    Hey all,.

I have a really strange behavior here. I'm using LabView 8.5. I open a white VI and try to use the function "initialize the array.

No matter where and how I find (using search functions, or by accessing the 7.x-> table-> table initialize function), when I drag and drop it off at my VI, what I get is "Array Index" instead!

Even when I hover over the icon table inside the palette is initialized, with aid switched on (Ctrl + H), what I see is the help page for table of Index. It's as if somehow the index table replaced function Initialize array entirely, with the exception of the simple icon in the palette...

I tried to restart Labview and my computer nothing works.

Someone at - he never experience a similar problem? that means, one different function other than for being created. I have attached a screenshot.

    Thank you

    -Anne Marie

    Thanks for your replies.

My palette is screwed a bit isn't it? Most likely because the installation I chose a bunch of older versions in favor... and I regret it now.

Funny enough, during the search in the functions that it only brings me version 7.x of functions of table etc... but I can manually find the standard in my palette, and of course, version 8.5 standard functions seem to work...

I need to finally do an install of cean, but for now, it's all good!

    Thank you

  • Drop and re-create the index on the current table

    Hello

I just have a few questions about the removal and creating indexes on a table that activates a lot.

    Let me explain first:

The table is used by the application with the DML statements every 3 seconds and I want to do is to drop the indexes and re-create them.
But Im worried about the consequences - what happens when I try to recreate the indexes and the table has an option rowlock/used by the application?

    P.S
It's production environment - so I can't stop the application.

    BR / Ander

A reconstructed index either Online or Offline.

    Online index rebuild features:

    ALTER INDEX REBUILD ONLINE;

LMD is allowed on the base table
    It's relatively slow
Base table is targeted for the new index
Base table is locked in shared mode and DOF is not possible
Intermediate table stores changes to data in the base table, during the rebuilding of indexes to update the new index later

    Offline index rebuild features:

    ALTER INDEX REBUILD. (Default)
Does not refer to the base of the table and the base table is exclusively locked
New index is created from the old index
Not possible DML and DDL on the base table
    Relatively faster

You have a problem with the installation of Windows (10 or 8.1, same problem). I share the part Boot Camp using the tool, but once I'm in the installer that I meet a problem. I format the BOOTCAMP partition scored, but then Windows says that it cannot create a new partition.

I just spotted some strange output in the debug log in an application built in 4.0, still, using this mode of compatibility, now in 5.0.1

Can anyone advise me on what it means? Or what other information of interest?

Nothing seems to be a problem with the page. The specified region is extremely basic html with a compilation option that is excluded. Other regions with the same compilation option do not report these log files in the debug.

    Scott.

    Hi Scott,.

It is indeed related to the build option and you can ignore the messages. I'll put their debug level 9 If you don't see them in the normal debug output.

Before the page is rendered, APEX load relevant metadata in the wwv_flow package global variables. For example, fill us the tables g_items, the g_buttons and the g_plugs with the definitions of element, button and region, respectively. We do not charge the definitions of components that are excluded by a compilation option. After loading these data, we must build relationships between records, for example, we calculate index of the item in the g_plugs region and store it with the definition of the element. If the region is excluded by a compiler option, but the underlying element is not, the computation of the element cannot find the related region folder in g_plugs. You get messages from debugging for this kind of inconsistencies.

    Kind regards

    Christian
