Cannot download apps - error wrong operating system

I have Windows 7 Professional with service pack 1 installed.  Continues to receive error messages apps will not work with my operating system.  According to the system requirements, I should be fine.  Ideas?

I believe that the error is due to Cool_c using a 64-bit browser called Waterfox.

Cool_C please use a supported web browser.  You can find details on the web browsers that are supported in http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/tech-specs.html.  In particular, we recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Internet Explorer.

  • "Error loading operating system" after windows update

I have an ASUS EeePc netbook model: 1005PEB. Last night before going to bed, I stopped the netbook and it has begun to install and configure windows was last updated. I left on the office do its thing and went to bed. This morning, I got the netbook and it went out of the car and it turned on while I was about to leave the House (before ask you, no I ' was not flying). He started installing all the updates that it had installed the night before. It has gotten to the point where it installed the last element and hung up there. I leave a this screen for 45 minutes and nothing has changed. I went against my better judgment and off the netbook. When I went immediately to turn it back on all I get is "error loading operating system". I tried to use F8 to try to start it in safe mode and I can always access the BIOS. How do I get this service still? I don't have really any data here, I'm too preoccupied. Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

    Hi argyle_83,

Were you able to boot into safe mode?

This problem can occur if your computer's BIOS does not correctly manage or support the capacity of the hard disk on which you install Windows 7. You can try the steps below to resolve this issue.

    Hi John,.

Please specify if you have purchased DC Acrobat or Acrobat 11 or upgrade you to the latest patch for Acrobat 11, that is to say 11.0.11 so that we can help you accordingly.

I wonder if you have checked your system requirements before you download Acrobat.

I would also ask to share with you the screenshot of the error message with us.

You could probably uninstall Acrobat using cleaning tool. Here is the link for the same thing.

  • Error loading operating system (Win XP Pro);

On a clean IBM T40 (old) laptop, after succesfull re-install of Win XP SP3, Office 2007 and other members of the staff, I made the mistake to invoke the backup/restore preinstalled internal IBM software. This caused the system to boot a new partition hidden in order to backup, but something went wrong, system broke down and nothing worked. I ' v has managed to recover everything in partition magic, reactivate my main partition, deleting the hidden partition and if I start the system using an external bootable CD appears as the Windows CD, or any other - it seems that everything is on my drive HARD (c).
My HARD disk system initialization returns an error: "error loading operating system".  I tried Fixboot and FixMBR from the Console, but it does not solve the problem.
Looks like what I need is the eqvivalent of the old fashioned the ' sys c ", in the days back/Win3.x. Any help? /CE

  • Error loading operating system message is displayed after the partial installation of Windows XP

Hello all, I was doing a clean install of Windows XP from the CD on my desktop PC.  I had reached the point where I had deleted the existing system partition and created a new system partition and had begun to load data from system to system on the CD when I accidentally stop the surge protector, shutting off the power to the computer, the screen of the monitor, etc.  After that I restored power, I turned on the PC without the XP installation CD in the CD/DVD drive.  The system posted successfully and start the CD line appeared IMMEDIATELY followed by the message "error loading operating system" on a new line.  I tried to start with the installation of XP in the drive disc, as well as with the "Ultimate Boot CD" in the player - the "Error loading operating system" message appeared in both cases.  Thanks for any help you can provide!

The desktop PC has had a full legal work Windows XP with SP3, but I chose to reinstall from scratch, because I had problems with corrupted data in the Zone Alarm and card ATI graphics card software that caused random outages, lead to situations of re - start.  I couldn't fix the files for these 2 applications that I had this desktop PC in stock for more than 18 months and I couldn't remember the administrator password I had used.

Once more, these error messages tell me you dΘmarrez the hard disk and no CD-ROM drive.  The message "NTLDR is missing" is read the boot sector, on most of the installations of Windows, the boot sector is usually the absolute sector 63 on the disc, using DiskProbe you will see the text of the message to the given sector.

Your drive is perhaps at fault... or it may be absolutely nothing wrong with it!  You may need to press a key to boot from the CD, often you see a message like «Press any key to boot from CD...» "or some thing in this sense, maybe you're not a touch and the BIOS ignores the boot from CD-ROM and goes to the next boot device (hard drive).

    John

  • During the Windows installation, I received the following message: Boot Record from CDROM tree research... OK press a key to boot from CD... Error loading operating system

What is the cause of this error message

during the installation of the operating system on a single computer, I met the following error message
"The research tree Boot Record from CDROM... Ok
Press any key to boot from CD... Error loading operating system"
What are the causes of this error?

    Hi DavidMuya,

To stop this message from appearing, follow these steps:

    (a) remove any CD from the drive before you turn on or restart the computer.

    (b) enter the BIOS and change the boot hard drive sequence instead. You will need to change if you plan to boot from a CD in the future.

Note: Change (CMOS) BIOS/complementary metal oxide semiconductor settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

If it doesn't, try a startup repair and / or a system restore using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft

Manufacturers recovery disks normally do not have Service Options; they are normally a relocation to the factory only settings option.

Here is the guide to repair Options using a Vista DVD from Microsoft.

If a friend or a work acquantance of yours has one, you can borrow and use it for repairs.

If you do not or can not borrow a Microsoft DVD there is a download of a file ISO of Vista Startup Repair available that you can put on a Bootable floppy to make the above startup repair and that the method is recommended by a large number of posters in these Forums.

Unfortunately, you have to buy it.

  • error msg "error loading operating system"

Then I hit the button on my laptop today and almost immediately get a mag of error telling me "error loading operating system" and nothing else happens... What can I do to fix this? Beloved I want before all else you can prosper and be in health, so even as your soul prospers

If you had clicked on the link on how to do a startup repair, you would have seen that it is not Windows. This Web page to photos. You need boot from the Vista installation DVD. If you do not have a Vista installation DVD (only have a recovery disk), the computer mftr. may have given you the option to repair Vista (not a system recovery!) system in the diagnostic menu. This menu of diagnosis is the same one where you can choose Safe Mode. Get to this menu by repeatedly pressing the F8 key as the computer starts. If you do not have this option, you can make a bootable Vista file repair DVD in this link:

    http://NeoSmart.net/blog/2008/Windows-Vista-recovery-disc-download/

Note: All the Neosmart recovery disk downloads are torrent files. There is a good explanation of the torrent on the site Web of Neosmart files. You will need a torrent as muTorrent client to get the files. Torrent client will download the .iso file with which to create the bootable DVD. You will need to use third-party burning software such as Nero, Roxio or the free ImgBurn (http://www.imgburn.com ) to burn the image .iso image file, not in the form of data.

It's the same situation with the hard drive test. If you had clicked on the link I gave you, you would have seen the instructions on downloading the file and create a bootable CD.

If you can't do the work yourself (and there is no shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea), take the machine to a professional computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad). Or if this does not work for you, and you need more help about installation, after back - after having read the links. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

  • "disk read error" and "error loading operating system"

    Hello

I have a problem with my N100 0768 BSG with Windows XP system. When I turned it on there was a screen lenovo with a sign: "to stop the start normal lenovo care press on" as usual. But after that, instead of loading Windows there is a sign: "disc error". I restarted it, rescue and recovery execution and process of recovery.

However, after about 20 minutes of the recovery process, I saw a blue screen with an error and I could just shut down the computer. When I turned on it again, it was screen lenovo and after that I saw: "error loading operating system". I rebooted it but now I can not even run "rescue and recovery".

I downloaded a program of diagnosis of lenovo site, he engraved on dvd and run on my lenovo. When he was doing the "test Surface Scan" my drive hard, there was an error: ' error: found incorrigible error data.»

I thought to buy rescue and lenovo recovery cd, but I heard that they do not sell in Poland.

    Please help me.

    Sorry for my English.

    Because of this:

"When it was the"test Surface Scan"my drive hard, there was an error: ' error: found incorrigible error given."

you might need a new hard drive, or need a scanner that can repair bad sectors.

At the time where you buy new hd and will find the recovery discs,

    It can be expensive!

I run Linux Mint on my N100 and it works very well. Cost, only the hd.

Or, if you can get your hands on a disk full OEM version of your current operating system.

You can use the Microsoft COA on bottom of laptop and install

from scratch. I did it too, and it works with a phone

call the automated Microsoft activation, if it will not be activated. Then, you

    install your drivers, etc..

Remember, you do not sures go back to a "factory-installed",

because that includes all unnecessary software that comes with the laptop originally

and is now outdated in 3 years! There are other choices.

    Hello

I can't say with certainty what may be the problem but maybe HDD (hard drive) is a troublemaker.

Start your laptop and press F2 to enter the BIOS settings. Check if the HARD drive is recognized and registered properly on the page. Load the settings by default using F10, then restart your laptop.
