Cannot download / horrible support from digital river

I bought the upgrade to premium production CS6 and tried downloading several times, whenever it has expired after about 25%. I finally got an error saying

"Sorry,

However when I eamailed digitalriver, I received a very abrupt email telling me to contact Adobe. If digitalriver's handeling downloads, why do have such horrible service? I wrote them back specifically to ask why their system was told to contact digitalriver their agent then orders me to Adobe, but they have not answered the question. This is in reference to order number 18862889424.

    I made the mistake of buying Windows 7 from Digital River.  I got nothing else problems, and their "customer service" has absolutely no value.  Here's my last problem:

    They finally made an ISO of Windows 7 available for download file.  ISO has been necessary because the Windows 7 Installer, they provided for the 64-bit version wouldn't work on a 32-bit version of Windows Vista.  The ISO has been provided to solve this problem.

    In any case, I tried to download the ISO literally dozens of times.  Everytime I try, it stops at an arbitrary location in the download, as Mo 600 or 800 MB or, more recently, 16 MB and told me that it is complete.  This is supposed to be a 3 GB file.  I even followed the link on my MacBook and tried to download is here to make sure that my PC was not the problem.  It didn't download completely on the MacBook either.

    Does anyone else have this problem?  I'm sick to death of having problems with Windows 7.  I would be very happy any help you could give me.

    Keep up with her.  I had downloaded about five or six times before that I'm a good download.  For those who have problems, I found that Nero would burn the .iso file, regardless of whether it is complete or not, but the burning DVD/USB tool told me that the .iso file is bad (when he was bad, of course).  But it took me several attempts to do this know.

    Surprise yesterday: I received a package from Microsoft with a DVD inside... Ah, Wndows 7... 32-bit, no less.  I've never seen such a mess screwed up in my life.

    No, you can't do that, they must not be resold.

    On MSDN or TechNet, and media licenses.

    They are genuine Microsoft product keys, they are in fact retail licenses, but it is expected for a product specific Microsoft Software Developer Network (MSDN) and TechNet channel for professionals who pay a subscription. The main objective is for evaluation purposes. The big thing to their subject, unlike Microsoft, MSDN or TechNet keys evaluation software expires. Because the agreement by virtue of which the subscription is provided is a single license, none of the software should be distributed outside of it. Although its $50,000 worth of licenses, it is for one person only for use and no one else.

    You are using a Mac or Windows computer?

    Make sure there is no hosts blocking Lightroom entry onto the Adobe servers.

  • Lightroom: Nowhere to activate the license that I have purchased from Digital River.

    Simple question: I bought the full license (IE not monthly subscription of cloud) from Digital River 2 days ago, just as my Lightroom trial was expiring.  But for some reason any when I run the program, there is no option to activate the license, but yet obviously it is not enabled because the function do not work.  What should I do?

    I chatted online with Adobe and they asked me to clear the cache of SL, but it still does not work.  I am reluctant to uninstall and reinstall because I spent 2 days to transfer my photos from iphoto to Lightroom from the trial a month ago.

    The trial you have installed is apparently the creative cloud. If the develop module is disabled (i.e. you can't use tools) which indicates that you have the creative cloud version. It must be removed because you can not activate it with a serial number. It is based on a creative cloud asset account and is activated with your Adobe ID and password. There is no serial number associated with the installation of creative cloud. Delete this version and install from here:

    Updates

    This is the stand-alone version, and it will ask for the serial number. Once you have installed and entered your serial number, you can open to the top of the catalog you used and all the work you've done will still be in place.

    This error occurs when you try to copy a corrupted source file.

    Windows will copy the images until it reaches the damaged file and then it stops, so it is easy to see which file is corrupt. I deleted the file and windows allowed me to copy all the files from the source to the destination.

    I wanted to reinstall Windows on the new hard drive because of the error on the old hard drive, but recovery disks did not work. I tried the method of recovery twice and they were mistakes out to 26% and 34% respectively unfortunately installation disks were not provided at the time of purchase. The only option that I was with was to get media and complete installation fees.

    Now the phone activation option is not available. (SLUI). Activation team Microsoft says key is stuck and wonder contact Sony, while the Sony support team heading to Microsoft.

    Please help me solve the problem.

    However, when I'm at step 2, asking me to download Windows software support, I opened Bootcamp Assistant and it does give me an option to install "the latest version of Windows software support. The only option I get is to delete the Windows partition, I already installed. How can I tell Bootcamp to install the latest version of the software on my flash in format disk?

    whenever I try to download or update the applications just the icon appears on the screen, but it says waiting...

    Have you checked your settings of Restrictions?

    Try going into settings > general > Restrictions > and make sure that iTunes Store, Apps install, delete the Apps and In - App purchases are all under the section allow. Try to install again.

    I think I found the problem.

    I have the 32-bit version of Windows, and the site provides only 64-bit.

    When I navigate on the site of the laptop I see not all drivers. But if I visit your site from a windows 64 bit on a separate machine, then I managed to see all the drivers.
