  Connect the SSD to the external MBP via USB and see if it will start the MBP.  If so, the internal SATA cable is suspect.

However this time I formatted, after the screen intel and BIOS, a black scren appears for 1 minute, then an alternating black and white bar appears at the bottom. no text, nothing. This bar fills up until halfway, then the "xp" logo appears and the computer loads normally. the problem is that the loading bar takes 7 min + join to halfway. so my newly formatted computer load in 8-9 minutes rather than 30 seconds like its supposed to!

  Thanks for posting. Please, try the following.

  1. place your Windows XP installation CD and start to her...
  2. Press any button to start the Windows installation (don't worry... we do not actually use the installer at this point)
