  I guess when you connect your camera you get the "autoplay" dialog box offers you different choices?

  You need to select 'Open folder to view files' then simply highlight the one you want to copy - click on copy and paste in the desired location.

  If you don't get the dialog box, then go to the 'computer' and the cannon should be there. Once again use 'open folder' and continue as above.

  If that don't get you on track give us one!

What often happens in these situations, we have transferred the previews (what you see at Revel dated and magnifying glass) and were downloading the originals. Original download may take some time.
