  If you're on a PC, open the Manager tasks (CTRL-ALT-DEL) and stop whatever, you can find it running.  The equivalent on Mac is called activity monitor.

  Hello!

  I cannot download Photoshop elements 13.0 MAC ESD LRF from LWS. I tried several times and I've always had a 'Fail - system busy' error message (in French, which means "Failure - system busy"). In the target folder, I find a file 'Unconfirmed 425527.crdownload' which contains 1.82 GB. So the file seems to be complete or almost complete.

  My laptop works with Windows 7 and he is not busy with other heavy tasks during the download. There is a lot of space on the disk.

  Yes. Support finally got updated. 13.1 in the most important toolbar update - in fact, too big. But it is less readable.

  13 PE happening on my old computer Windows 10. 13.1 on my brand new Windows 10 looks successful, but better. Frankly, I expected more. I have to do most of my work on my old computer.

  Do you know if 14 solved the problem of the toolbar?

  Just downloaded Photoshop elements 11.         A file, "Photoshop Elements_11_WWEFDJ.7Z" appeared alongside the normal program file in the downloads.

  I can't open this file .7z, on my Windows 7 computer.  The Application itself seems to have been properly downloaded and seems to be functional.

  Please inform me of what the .7z file is and it is necessary for me to open, if so, how?

  just purchased and downloaded photoshop elements 11 (to my macbook pro). whenever I try to open the package, I get an error message and cannot open it.

  Thank you for your quick response. I realized what the problem was. It was the akamai download manager related problem. something does not work with the Manager, because when I decided to download the product again using another method, I was able to open the package. I have the latest os x mountain lion. What's funny, is that I have chatted with an adobe technology 'specialist', who insisted that I was 'necessary' to download and install the package using a wired internet connection. I really didn't know the person, that's why I decided to download the product using another route. Adobe needs to better train a support technique ther and also should reconsider the use of akamai. those of you who can read this b/c, you have also the same problem I had, try to use the alternate download method. It is slower and takes longer to download than akamai, but you should be able to open your package at least.
