  Try a forced reboot: hold down the House and on the buttons until the unit turns off. Ignore the cursor off if it appears.   So, I thought about it.  I installed the latest graphics driver, and then open the NVIDIA Control Panel.  Here, I've selected "Manage 3D settings" and went to the 'Program settings' tab  I chose Adobe Premiere (adobe first pro.exe) in the list and under the function of "CUDA" - GPU, I changed to "Use these GPU" and selected my GTX 560 it (which was the only one listed).

  After that, I opened the first Pro CC 2014 and selected 'Project Settings - général' and was therefore able to choose "Mercury Playback Engine GPU acceleration" under Renderer (which was unavailable).

  The file properties check the metadata associated with the file.  This error occurs generally when the file was created on an NTFS volume and some of the assosiated with this file metadata is not supported on a FAT32 volume. What you mean actually is not associated with file properties, so it would not be changed.
