    Hello

You can start the Android device in safe mode to troubleshoot your device.
For example, if you are affected by plant, crashes or problems of battery life, you can boot into safe mode and see if the problems still occur there. Safe mode, you can uninstall misbehaving third-party applications.

    Hello

Thank you for visiting Microsoft Community.

According to the description, I understand that your PC starts with a black screen. I will certainly help you to question.

I suggest you follow the steps mentioned below:

    Method 1:

First try the Startup Repair option in the System Recovery Options dialog box. If this does not resolve the problem, or if you have additional problems manually, use the Bootrec.exe tool.

Startup Repair is a Windows Recovery tool that can fix certain system problems that might be preventing Windows to start. It scans your computer for the problem and attempt to fix it so that your computer can start correctly.

Startup Repair is a recovery tools in the System Recovery Options menu. This set of tools is on your computer's hard disk and on the Windows installation disc.

    1. remove all floppy disks, CDs and DVDs from your computer and restart your computer by using the power button on the computer.

    2. do one of the following:

o If your computer has a single operating system installed, press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears. If the Windows logo appears, you must try again by waiting until the Windows logon prompt appears, and then stop and restart your computer.

o If your computer has multiple operating systems, use the arrow keys to select the operating system you want to repair, and then press and hold F8.

    3. in the Advanced Boot Options screen, use the arrow keys to select repair your computer and press ENTER. (If your computer is not listed as an option, then your computer doesn't understand no repair preinstalled recovery options, or your network administrator has disabled the.)

    4. Select a keyboard layout, and then click Next.

    5. in the System Recovery Options menu, click a tool to open it.

Because you cannot start the computer, you may need to create a bootable Windows installation media, and then do an auto repair, and if this does not help then you try to restore your computer to the previous date.

Note: When you use system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, the programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

The link provided below might help you to download and create installation media.

Download Windows 7 Disk Images (ISO files)

    Method 2:

Try to rebuild the BCD by using the Bootrec.exe tool.

To run the Bootrec.exe tool, you must start Windows RE. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. place the Windows 7 installation discin the disc drive, and then start the computer.

    2. press a key when you are prompted. Select a language, a time, a currency, a keyboard or an input method, and then click Next.

    3. click on repair your computer.

    4. click on the operating system that you want to repair, and then click Next.

    5. in the System Recovery Optionsdialog box, click command prompt.

    6. type Bootrec.exe, and then press ENTER.

  • How to exit safe mode back to normal startupmode

I tried to follow the instructions to restart PC and by typing instructions "MSConfig" in the BOX "SEARCH" - to leave the boot to Safe Mode and return to "normal startup PC mode" on my Pc.  When I followed the steps (there are 15 shown) for the given intructions, I find myself more confused than when I started everything first corrections necssary.  I think that there is too much bear reading involved.  There must be an easier way for a 'computer' novice to be able to make corrections of errors.  Certainly, I don't understand the use of the letters of Alphbetic not be defined so that, again, the Novice not knows not the words they represent without looking at their place whenever you fall on their use. • Windows Mobile 8 slow and freezes and cannot enter safe mode

Hi guys, I hope you can help me with a Windows laptop, 8 that gives me problems. I'm trying to help out a friend, and honestly I feel like I'm out of my depth. The initial problem was that the laptop has been slow to respond, very slow, I suspected a virus, ran a Norton scan, it turned up nothing, I ran out of time so I put in safe mode and it gives back, with a significant improvement of the laptop in safe mode. I got the laptop back today and it is always very slow to respond despite having 6 GB of RAM and specifications that must run Windows 8 very well. Is no longer possible in safe mode, and every time I try to put it in safe mode I see Start followed a white/black screen samsung, i.e. when the process ends. However when I try a normal start it starts, but at a snails pace and goes to the login screen, where it is only partially acceptable (it meets more frequently). Any help you guys can provide would be great, thanks in advance, do not hesitate to ask any questions and I'll try to get back to you as soon as POSSIBLE.

    Hello

You might want to look in the Startup tab of the the Task Manager for any substance uneeded...

In particular, all that has changed recently...

You could also look into the Services of MSCONFIG tab, hide all Microsoft and see what remains...

Someone not know I had a similar problem, and their main problem is that something called LogMeIn.

It is in the Startup tab...

    What processes Taskmanager shows running?

  • Cannot boot safe mode.

    Hello

I am running Windows 7 Service Pack 1 with Suse Linux 12.2, using dual-boot.

For some reason, I can't start mode - pressing F8 leads to a normal start with no error message.

By pressing F12 when the Dell icon correctly, throw myself into the boot options.

I wonder if my problem with F8 is due to dual boot or the fact that my drive is partitioned.

    Thanks in advance,

    s660117

The Dell logo is too early.  You get a GRUB prompt to select the operating system to start?  AFTER THAT is when you start, but once you see the Windows logo, it's too late.
