Cannot export XML schema objects

Hello

I have a problem when you attempt to export objects from XML schema.

I have a data pump job that runs every day, last week, I added a few XML objects to the DB and now the data pump produces the following errors:

I read about the error ORA-39139
It is said the old exp rather than the data pump user to export the XML schema objects

But when I run

exp file = my_dump.dmp tables = USER01.application252_TAB

as / sysdba

I get the following error:

The table seems to have disappeared from DB.

EG if I do

sqlplus USER01/pass
SQL > desc tbl_form_data266_TAB
ERROR:
ORA-04043: tbl_form_data266_TAB of the object does not exist

Any ideas?

Table name restrictions

The following restrictions apply to the names of the tables:

* By default, the names of tables in a database are stored as uppercase. If you have a table in lowercase or lowercase name and you want to retain the respect of the case for the name of the table, you must put the name in quotes. The name must match exactly the name of the table stored in the database.
Some operating systems require that the quotes on the command line should be preceded by an escape character. Here are examples of how respect for the case can be stored in different modes of export.

o using the command line:
TABLES = "------'Emp\'"

o in interactive mode:
Table (T) export: "Emp".

o parameter file:
TABLES = ""Emp"

    You can do this with a single command.  Run your export as usual and add the query parameters for 4 tables you want all the lines:

    expdp... query = schema1.table1: "where rownum = 0" query = schema2.table2: 'where rownum = 0'...

    It is best to place the query parameters in a parameter file if you don't have to worry about escaping special characters of the OS.

    "AD Test user" is cloned from "User AD" - looks like there are some problems in the cloned connector.

    Any suggestions for fixing it?

    Without a doubt. Cloning sometimes when not clean points to the original object and even a little dependence can be a nightmare in this case. It would be difficult to say which could shatter.
    I did once a clone and my tasks in process were somehow still pointing to the original definition of process via the TOS_KEY element. You can start all over and leave such items as void.

  • If you have inserted the file via the XDB (FTP, WebDAV, createResource) repository and relying on the table by default feature, then you may be out of luck.
    There is probably a way to tamper with the underlying structure of GOLD among a hidden column do accept a default value, but since it is not supported I won't even try.

    I'm testing this 11 GR 2 Express, while I wait for our DBA upgrade our main instance of AIX dev to GR 11, 2 enterprise edition.

    I have a fairly complex xmlschema, provided by the IPTC and trying to annotate to replace some of the mappings by default sqltype, but running to problems with how/where to annotate.

    Of what I have learned so far, annotations to replace possible sqltype only mappings on complexType and simpleTypes. ComplexTypes must correspond to a sql object type and simpleTypes map based sqlType atomic.

    How might you have an instance where a complex type extends a XS: String... but the need to have this channel map to a CLOB and not a varchar2 (4000)?

    Adding the xdb: annotation of mapUnboundedStringToLob to the item "inlineData" fails... invalid... and it cannot add to the extension is... If a viable option of valid in this case, would be to create a simpleType, call it say "LargeStringToClob" with a restriction of the type xs: String... and then annotate this simpleType to map to a CLOB.

    Then change the extension of the element inlineData of XS: String to 'LargeStringToClob '? I intend to use a column of XMLType BinaryXML storage...

    I was hoping not to have to change the xml schema too, but I guess its to be expected when you try to map in Oracle.

    I am facing a similar problem trying to annotate timestamp with time zone...

    some items are reported as unions of other types. What I've read, Oracle cards to varchar2 (4000)

    Hi Stucki,

    With this type of workflow, your best bet is to manage all the data image outside of FrameMaker and import a single object in a single embedded image. It's a little difficult to give up the convenience of the FrameMaker drawing tools, but I think they're generally incompatible with XML back and forth. There might be a way to do it, but I think it would be very complicated and perhaps the unintended consequence of too hard for your translator to work with anyway. I'm no expert in translation, but in this case, I would say that to manage your vector art with captions in a standard format (Visio, Illustrator, etc.) and submit these files to the translator, and then import the composite image in FM. In all cases where to send images of fancy for the translation, that's how I do it.

    Well, unzip to the new directory doesn't mean a new facility because it is the same version and DM will use existing preferences - you must remove the directory with the preferences. For DM 4.0.2.840 this directory on my Win7 is:

    C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Oracle SQL Developer data Modeler\system4.0.2.840

    After starting DM you must check "System Data Type Directory" "preferences > Data Modeler" - it should be empty or point to the directory with valid files - defaultRDBMSSites.xml and types.xml.

    Posted the picture shows that these files are correct or not existing in the directory defined in your preferences

  • actions cannot return xml types

    Anyone know if there is a way to allow an action support a nodelist return xml.

    I'm trying to run a workflow to a list of xml nodes. The problem I have is that you cannot return a type xml of an action or a script action. So I can't create a loop of workflow and so the loop will have to be written in the code. I tried to return a "some", but I cannot deserialize xml.

    Although in the code it works in principle it means there is little a workflow.

    I guess I could fill configuration objects and then loop but it would be much easier to have just an xml return type.

    And I forgot to mention that you can consider the question as answered since actions cannot return XML types.

    Of course, we can continue the conversation if necessary for the best workaround solutions.

    Hi all, I would like to have a check box that when checked, allows you to hide a quote form and make a purchase order form visible, carrying a part of the field of the form of citation data in a new table on the order form.     I understand that, because it's a repeating subform that I need to create an XML schema to do this, but also can not know for the life of me how to create the schema. I read tons of tutorials, but no idea how to apply it to my specific needs. I've been able to find only info on how to bind the data source once it's been created.

    Here's what I did:

    • Script inserted into your box renamed someone who mask/displays the purchase order / sales quotation
    • I have included a script object with a function I wrote to transfer data from as named fields/subforms from one section to another
    • Inserted a few fields in your table of purchase order

    What you need to do is to complete the development of your purchase order table. Make sure that the common fields between the quote and purchase tables have the same name in order to transfer data.

    No necessary schema.

    I did following steps.

    (1) create the DIRECTORY xml_dir as 'c:\xmldata ';

    (3) following packages are carried out by schema 'Sys '.

    (2) prvtlob. PLB;

    (4) a xmldata folder is created under "c:\". "and with data_file.xml file is stored in it.

    5) insert in xmltab values (XMLType (bfilename ('XML_DIR', 'data_file.xml'), nls_charset_id ('AL32UTF8')));

    When I try to run following select statement "No. lines selected" message; Although there is an element in the xml data file.

    You do not actually use the schema that you have a hard time to register.
    Besides, only a fragment of the example document "temp.xml" conforms to the schema.

    So we're back to what said in the very first posts of this thread: question of the namespace, and also (now) incorrect XPath expressions.

    Since there are several elements of "ConsolidatedAssetHeader" by the document, you cannot use extractValue (because it works on a single node).
    XMLTable is used instead, so that each "ConsolidatedAssetHeader" is actually mapped to a line separated from the relational.

    The schema gets registered without any error but when I try to create the table using the xml schema, I get the following error.
    ORA-19003 : Missing XML root element name
    I checked the pattern several times. Everything seems to go well with the schema, or I'm missing something.

 ELEMENT "Attorney";

    where 'test_otn.xsd' is the XML schema you provided.

    2. a work-XSD, which includes the XSD library and describes the business objects.

Used to re-compile an already registered XML schema. This is useful for bringing a schema in an invalid state to a valid state.

    Question

    Where can I find the "State of an XML schema. ?

    The USER_XML_SCHEMAS - view does not contain any status or something like that

    XML schemas are not present in the "USER_OBJECTS" - see (where a State is present)

    I don't know how this issue applies to the XML DB, but I'll answer anyway.

    Your schema resides in the
    targetNamespace = "http://www.manh.com/ILSNET/Interface."
    namespace, so by default, all definitions can be found in this namespace
    The generated XML is in no namespace. That's why you see the error
    'WMWROOT' UNDECLARED
    Since the schema has no definitions in the same XML namespace uses. You must put your XML file in the same namespace as the schema in order for validation to work, through the
    xmlns = "http://www.manh.com/ILSNET/Interface."
