cannot get help unlock my hotmail account or access to the private forum!
I've been blocked access to my hotmail account, I filled out the form where they said they would get back to me within 24 hours that was 5 days ago back that I heard nothing back. I got an identification number to a private forum which I have no idea how access? could someone please please help me! How do I access the private forum and how do I get this sorted?

I tried to repair my widows through the recovery console, but I was unable to open a session in my Windows through this procedure just stuck computer is there. even when I tried to fix it through the installation of windows, Setup also stuck on the step where it says "in search for earlier versions of windows."
now, I tried to copy the data by accessing another operating system on another hard drive but when I opened my account administrator located in the documents and settings folder, it says access is denied. How can I recover my Xbox Live account if Microsoft won't look at my messages in the private forum?
Recently, I got a new xbox and I had to transfer my licenses of the old, through Xbox.com game. I got my game licenses, my father took her and my sister got hers; but my brother forgot his password, fictional character and his password to his e-mail so that he could not recover its licenses. For the past 2 weeks I tried to contact Microsoft on how to reset my password of brothers, then we can use its game licenses but they have not responded to my questions. I tried to recover the account of my brother (with my permission on his part) through the use of the private forum. I placed all the information we know about his account and gives more detailed information. After that 3 days waiting for it to be '24 hours' answer they said that not enough information was given. They have also stated that if I posted additional information they see it and if it helped they would allow us to get my brother passoword. I've added the option of them contacting my brother through Messages of Xbox, but they did not respond in 3 days. What should I do? They said that they respond within 24 hours approximately and it is public knowledge that 3 days is not equal to 24 hours. Help, please. Thank you.
P.S. I also put it in the section of Windows, other/unknown games, because there is no option for Xbox Live Help. It's weird, because Microsoft is the leader of the Xbox...

I have changed my password, filled out their recovery with so many details I can think but left out my credit card details section that I did not and certainly has not signed with an upward!

Cannot get my paid version of Lightroom to work after the end of the track.
First download a trail and then upgraded to the annual plan (creative cloud for photographers), but there is no product registered in my plan and I still have an expired version trail of Lightroom. My first payment already went a few days ago and after troubleshooting, uninstalling and reinstalling, reconnect and and e-mail helpdesk several times I had no chance in Lightroom getting to work.
