  The elements recognizes my CD drive but says there is nothing in it.  Everything worked well on my old computer (Windows 7 and I installed Quicktime on old computer).  Now, I have 10 windows on my new computer and can't seem to find a way to install Quicktime.  I must also tell you that this new computer was giving me problems from the outset that the CD Player did not work correctly in any case.  Finally, Dell was able to determine that a driver is not installed correctly.  They have reinstalled the driver and now everything in my computer recognizes the CD player, except for this problem with first 10: 10 first will allow me to get media from my files and folders, but when I try to get my DVD/CD drive media, said first: "no supported device found".
