First 10 items cannot get info for my CD drive

The elements recognizes my CD drive but says there is nothing in it.  Everything worked well on my old computer (Windows 7 and I installed Quicktime on old computer).  Now, I have 10 windows on my new computer and can't seem to find a way to install Quicktime.  I must also tell you that this new computer was giving me problems from the outset that the CD Player did not work correctly in any case.  Finally, Dell was able to determine that a driver is not installed correctly.  They have reinstalled the driver and now everything in my computer recognizes the CD player, except for this problem with first 10: 10 first will allow me to get media from my files and folders, but when I try to get my DVD/CD drive media, said first: "no supported device found". Although yesterday it says something on the aircraft was empty (which sounds like it has detected the device, but it was empty, which it was not).  After that I reinstalled Dell reinstalled the driver, 10 first, but the same words came.  I mainly use the first 10 to edit videos, DVDs (which had been on 16 mm and 8 mm film) to my family and then I upload them to facebook.  I have not tried burned a disc on this yet, because I doubt that it works because the DVD player doesn't work anyway.

1 do I have Quicktime or some other program to help?

2. is it a hardware problem? (Dell says no)

3. is it because I now have 10 Windows?

4. is there another program other than the elements that an old lady like me could understand for editing, burning, and the Uploader?

5. an external DVD drive would solve my problem?

Dead though it may be, until Adobe provides complete support for Quicktime, you will need to download it in order to Premiere Elements works with your video.

You are using an older version of the program, but it should work fine on Windows 10. Worst case, you may need to configure the program to run in compatibility mode Windows 7.

Although I am concerned by a number of things, you're a statement. First of all, I assume that when you say, you encounter problems with your CD drive interface, you mean actually disc drive of your computer, which has the ability to play and record DVDs, right?

Second, I'm not sure why Dell offers you this lousy support. But add an external drive won't likely solve your problems.

Looks like you are trying to extract files from a video DVD to your computer using Premiere Elements. Exactly how you do this? Also, what is the computer processor, the amount of RAM you have and how much free space on your hard drive?

In any case, it would be very wise to spend at least version 11 of Premiere Elements. Version 11 has been a great step forward for the program. It included an overhaul of the editor so that it is easier to use and access its tools. It is also much more stable than the older versions and many things more automatically, it is so hard to mess up a project.

You can download the trial version of first elements 14 since the Adobe site and give it a test drive. It is a very different program that five years ago, and you can see that once you work with the new version of the program, you'll never look back!

    I have a facility for Application Manager, but he does not terminate.  This program is no longer available on the Adobe Web site.

    After hours of talking on the phone, I turn on these forums for help.

    If your cube is compressed, then try adding _STORED on the name of the cube.

    If it's not compressed, try adding the name of one of the measures. For example, if your cube has a SALES measure, then

    Long answer
    The names you see in AWM are 'logical objects' defined in the data dictionary. It's CUBES, MEASURES, the DIMENSIONS of the CUBE and the ATTRIBUTES. The names that you use in OLAP DML are 'objects of physical implementation' such as DIMENSIONS, VARIABLES and RELATIONSHIPS. Function obj() uses OLAP DML names, so you must map logical to physical names to use.

    Now it turns out that the name of the physical DIMENSION will almost always be the same as the name of the logical CUBE DIMENSION see you in AWM. But this is not true for CUBES, which are supported by one of the objects most VARIABLE.

    Seems that each song has an exclamation mark next to the number. More burn to a cd can't get same error message that is «original file not found» Any help will be greatly appreciated...

    I installed the box of the first 13 and 13 Photoshop elements on a brand new Dell with Windows 7 computer.  Everything is going well except for a pop-up message in the elements of Prime Minister, "there is no disk in the drive.     Maybe a stupid question, but I would like to know why you need to install driver WLAN. As far as I know your laptop comes with Vista Home Premium. The recovery image (factory settings) contains the right WLAN driver.
    You have lost the feature or what?
    Are you still using an original preinstalled OS or you try ti install your own operating system?

    I have create this symbolic link:

    extension-My->/some/LOCAL/path/library/first/my-extension

    ... everything works fine. But if I change the symlink to point to a network location:

    extension-My->/some/NETWORK/path/library/first/my-extension

    Then, the extension is not available in first. Is there a reason, that you can think of this first would prefer symbolic links to the locations the over the symbolic links to the network locations?

    I can think of many reasons related to security now does not re - runs.
