  Have you updated iTunes, GarageBAnd, Mac OS X to the latest versions?

  I don't know what version of iTunes has had this problem, but the last iTunes update fixed the problem exporting to GarageBAnd.

  As test, try to share your song for the with "share > export song to disk." If this attempt succeeds, it update solves the problem.  At the moment, export to a folder on the desktop and there import it into iTunes.

  Thank you for your message.  Just to clarify, did you perform an upgrade, not a clean install, right?  If Yes, then you can click on "Start" and type a name for the song in the search box, and it should find the music you now where.  Also, check if you have a windows.old file in your computer.  If so, you can extract your music.

• Cannot change the song information

  Before I started, my version of iTunes is 12.4.3.1 and it is installed on a computer running Windows 10. I recently got a new computer, I loaded all my music from a backup on an external hard drive folder. I made sure to check the option to create a copy of the files in the folder music/iTunes/whatever. All the files are copied as they should be and are not read only.

  So, the problem is that I can't get music to sort the way I would like that there. In order to make it all easy, I generally browse and edit the fields of the artist and Album to something standard, and if there is no recommended or invited artists I add in the name of the song. I can't do more and when sorting by artist it gives their own place instead of grouping under the main artists artist invited.

  I tried everything I can to change the info. Get Info page now shows the corrected information (artist and Album are identical), but show it again each guest artist as distinct from the main when artist I sort by artists and there doesn't seem to be a way to change this. Ticking the box "this is part of a compilation" does nothing.

  I am at a loss here. I've never had this problem with iTunes before. Is there anything else I can try that I have not already?

  Share a video through screen sharing doesn't share the Visual on the screen (and in the case of the video, it's that evil as share the screen frame rate is so much lower than the frame rate of the video). If you can get the YouTube video in FLV format and download it directly in the share pod. Then everyone will be able to hear the audio from the video and see more clearly on their computer.
