  Your use of the word "files" (in the plural) still makes me believe that you have not checked the permissions on the folder that is appropriate (in the singular).

  You must determine the Destination of the Lightroom Import dialog window Panel and see which folder Lightroom is really tr6ing to copy photos in (which may have been accidentally changed and is not what you may have used in the past) and change the permissions to write to this folder.

  When you try to update I get an error message "unable to install Acrobat DC.  To upgrade to Acrobat DC uninstall the existing version of Acrobat.  Tried and then reinstalled.  But get the same error message.

  Your earlier version of Acrobat has been installed as part of the suite? If so, please use following UN-install (in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers) to the previous version to uninstall Acrobat (if you have already run Acrobat uninstaller of earlier version, please uninstall using suite Installer UN), and then restart the computer to clear the State of the system.

  It should solve the problem after restarting the system.

  If your previous version was not part of the suite or just in case you still see uninstall previous installed version error, you may need to use the CC to https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html cleaning tool and restart the system to solve the problem.

  Adobe Acrobat DC is not compatible with Mac OS 10.6.8 Please check the minimum configuration required to system requirements | Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Adobe Acrobat Standard DC.

  I will recommend you to update your Mac OS & then try to download Adobe Acrobat DC Pro trial version.

• I reinstalled Win 10 about 3 weeks ago and now cannot install Acrobat.

  I reinstalled Win 10 about 3 weeks ago.  Then I tried to download and install Acrobat Reader. However, during installation it gets about 65% then stops stating 'a newer version is already installed.  I have formatted the drive before reinstalling Win 10 and have spent hours to read help articles and questions in the forum.  I can't afford to lose more time so I appreciate and help.

  Could you please let me know when exactly you get this error message.

  Try referring to this link: internal error 2753 when installing Acrobat or Reader and let us know if this helps.

  Also try to run the Setup program, Microsoft cleaning tool and then try to install drive.

  Hi, I can not install After Effects like version full although the full CC administration client. With all the other programs, it works very well (I installed them via the desktop application) but after effects is always displayed as test version. This free trial is finished now.   Please try the steps to follow and let us know:

  1. launch Acrobat, click on the Help menu > repair installation (be sure that everything is closed).

  -Restart the computer and then try to update again.

  -If the automatic update did not help again.

  2 download the patch to update manually and try to install it: Adobe - Acrobat: for Windows

  3 If the steps above did not help either

  Download the new installer. : Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI or X

  XI of Acrobat using the uninstall cleanup tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs

  Reinstall and try to update again.
