Cannot install Adobe CC licensed school

As the title says he, I can not install Adobe CC with a teaching degree.

Get updates and can install them but when I try to open Photoshop, Illustrator,... I always get the message on the license.

I received a PDF of the school how I can install it because I already had a license from 2013.

I have followed the instructions in the PDF file, filled all the codes, paid the creative cloud, but still I have this message.

Can someone help me, or is anyone know what I did wrong?

I've only had 3 programs installed with the two cd I got with my adobe creative suite 6 (edition education, student and teacher)

Help, please. During the software update (for windows 8), the computer was off. There was an error in update: C000003A. Follow the procedure below:

Uninstall Adobe Creative cloud only.

Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application

Restart Computer after uninstalling cloud creative app. Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.

Disable the firewall temporarily. [Optional step]

Step 1:

Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".

Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

Step 2:

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]

Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.

Step 3:

Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

Type below command and press the enter"" key.

Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

Cannot install Adobe CS6: reboot of the machine may be pending

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 8 OS. After downloading the Adobe CS6 files, I extracted the files on my desktop. When I tried to install, install Adobe says that it has detected that a reboot of the machine may be waiting. It is recommended that I quit the installer, reboot my computer and try to reinstall. I tried the solutions mentioned in the above discussion, and I still cannot install one of the applications. I checked that my user account name contains any special characters; However, I have noticed a hidden default directory located in the users folder.

I have found a solution for all users of Windows 8: you can copy a previous installation (the Adobe program directory) to the same folder and try to run the applications. This works for Photoshop 64-bit. For other applications to work, I had to do the same thing, but for the Adobe Program Files (x 86) directory.

I tested to see if the Master Collection install on a new install of Windows 8, and I found that I still have the same error. The previous configuration worked because it was on a different machine with a different material. So, you can find the Master Collection will install on a machine but won't be on the other. In any case, if you get the above error, reinstalling will not fix it.
