  The program closes automatically. Strangely, Adobe Image Ready seems to work very well, but the main program is not. I have tried holding the Ctrl, Alt, Shift keys while the program was running, but that did not help.

  I have Adobe Photoshop 5.0 on cd.  Well, I finally upgraded my old man like the devil to a beautiful new Win 8.1 model a.  Now, I can not install my old Adobe.  I tried as XP and Vista, but still no luck.  So, what are my options?

  Should I buy the monthly CC pack and trying to learn the new Photoshop?  A new open my old files?
