  I'm trying to load a new purchase of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and Adobe Premiere elements 10 on a new computer running Windows 7 32-bit operating system.  The computer does not recognize the Instalation disk and bad shooting Microsoft said that burned with unknown Format disc.  The same disc read on an old Windows XP computer.  This is a first time loading software.  Any help with this problem?

• Why more expensive than buying just the upgrade for Adobe Photoshop and elements first?

  I currently have Photoshop and first elements 12 installed on my mac and when I go to upgrade to 13 the price increases just to buy both because of the sale. Can I buy it for the cheaper price and uninstall the current version?... or what I need to upgrade and pay more money?

  An upgrade is identical to the full version. It's just a pricing formula that Adobe offers to existing customers throughout the year. But Black Friday offers and holidays are usually best.

  Too bad guys! I finally solved the problem! I accidentally deleted my Adobe Application Manager. So I installed again and now it works normally. Thanks for all the help guys!
