    Hello Stephen,

If you have upgraded your version of Creative Cloud Deskop App in the last 24 hours (to build the 2.1.1.110), you may experience installation problems with some modules that contain the locale specified in the MXI product. I believe in that paper textures Pro has a which may explain the error message.

Please note that we are aware of this problem and are working on a fix so please bear with us for the predictable a few days until we iron out the bugs and problems arising from the new version. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

During this time if your Adobe applications are still on the 2014 CC or MORE (i.e. you have not improved their 2015 CC) then you can select the method 'install another way' described in the troubleshooting step and download the ZXP which allows to install by using the extensions Manager, as before.

    I hope this helps.

I am trying to solve a problem that occurs on several XP computers in a business environment. When new programs are downloaded to install, the icons are generic and when running a command at the prompt, type window blinks and nothing else happens. They may also install Windows updates. Research on the web, I found a possible fix on the Microsoft site at http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall.  When I try to download the fix it Portable folder, I get an error message when download pre-requisite files Microsoft PowerShell. The error message says "Fix it troubleshooting cannot continue because an error has occurred." We're sorry, but we encountered an unexpected problem, one or more components to download and cannot run the troubleshooter now. "Please try again later" I tried downloading several times on 3 computers to work. Any ideas or is at - it another way to download the file 40 MB?
