  I have a subscription to cc adobe and all the programs installed on my desktop. now, I want to install on my second computer, a laptop computer. but when I navigate to creative.adobe.com and login, I can only install trial versions? !!   You can download the creative cloud desktop application here. Sign in with your Adobe ID to download. You are allowed to install the software on 2 computers. It can be directly on Mac or PC

  However, when I download the creative cloud App and you want to install applications, I can only start a trial for the product.

  How can I solve this problem? My plan is student CC.

  So I installed CC (for students) on my iMac and everything was perfect, but now I need also the programs on my laptop (MacBook). I downloaded Creative Cloud Client connected with my Adobe ID, but when I download InDesign for example, it is always just the Test Version, and when I try to log in to InDesign, I get connected to the Adobe Web site, where I'm already connected.

  I also tried to reinstall Creative Cloud customer, I logged my iMac CC... I read everything, but nothing matches my problem.

  Can someone please help? I'm really confused, and I really need the programs to work when I'm at the University...

  Recently, I'm subscribed to creative cloud.  I bought Acrobat Pro DC subscription and terms of photography.  It was my understanding that you might install on 2 machines (which are not used at the same time, but that both are mine).

  However, on my laptop, Acrobat and Photoshop are displayed as trial versions, with a limited service life.

  Any help would be appreciated, because I am very disappointed.

  I just bought a mac but already run lightroom on my windows laptop.  It is my understanding that I can use my license on 2 computers, but I don't know how to do this. I tried to download lightroom on my new mac and put in the serial code has given me, but it just shows a big red x waited on hold for 30 minutes with the service the customer and gives up.   Lightroom supplied key is usually cross-platform key it should work on both windows and mac at the same time.

  I suggest you please check the version of lightroom that you downloaded because currently you will only find lightroom 5 www.adobe.com and not the version 4.0 of Lightroom
