  I try to install Master Collection CS6 of a network installation, each attempt ends with only four programs installed beening: Photoshop, Manager of extensions, extendscript toolkit and bridge.   Please try copying the entire configuration of CS6 Master Collection to your local hard drive and then try to install it. It should work.

  When I try to install a trial like photoshop cs6 or master collection cs6 product, I get the error "Installer has not initialized. I used Adobe cleaner to remove all products cs6 and tried again, but no luck, same error.

  "Setup failed to initialize. File not found. ' or 'could not initialize installation. This could be due to missing files.

  first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.

  to find the OOBE:

  Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

  Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

  Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps

  Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB

  If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.

  If you use an installation dvd:

  Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.

  If you are using a mac:

  1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.

  2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the

  3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.

  I tried to reinstall flash because it was urgent. I use the administrator account and have tried with boot in safe mode.

  I recently bought CS Master collection 5.5 update to CS6 Master Collection.  When I downloaded from the adobe Web site, and installed, Adobe Acrobat 10 was not the case to be seen on my system.  I downloaded and installed the request handler and the only thing that came was a download of a trial version of Adobe Acrobat 11 (which I downloaded and use now for the next 16 days).

  How can I get Acrobat 10 to appear and install (if it was not installed)?

  you have the Setup for cs5.5 file?  If so, you must have acrobat pro X here.

  It just error. I had especially deleted installation previouis to adobe master collection cs5 on C: and most of the windows here to save space - prerequisites os wouldn't boot anymore.

  now, there are some hidden files on c: the surplus from the previous installation of adobe. my new installation of windows is on E:, to lose my data.

  I finally got cs to install successfully on E:. But unlike my precious install Adobe, now 32-bit edition of first pro and ae (cs4) on the contents of the disc will not be installed.

  I have some video to unshake, liketo would get done with AE - I forgot what it was called, (am sure that it is in the help somewhere, so dig).

  The Adobe installer is the prodigal in the suite. It is certainly of an earlier era and did not follow with other developments, it's just outdated and ill-suited to the task.

  It's just a fact of life. You can complain about it, as I have done several times, but there is a pure reluctance on the side of Adobe to do something. Have you noticed how many languages EULA of in how many different places is installed? If now stands at over 2000 files replicated everywhere...

  The only suggestion I have is to use the C: drive to install the operating system and programs, using the default values that the stupid installer wants to use.

  I am trying to install CS ^ Master Collection of disk and he asks me "Please insert disc CS6 MstrColl 1 to continue.  He was reading from disk 1 for some time before this is come, now it won't move forward (even tried all the three provided discs).  Activation serial number was accepted from the outset, but now only have continue and cancel the options at my disposal.

  Mylenium suggested try to copy the contents of the disks on your computer and run Setup from there.
