  The iPad does not support USB keys. There are some wireless flash drives that can be used, but not the classical records. I suggest you transfer files to a computer and their synchronization then back to the iPad via iTunes.

  Please don't feel not bad not respond sooner.  I'm always notified when one of the sons that I am working on has a new addition.

  I don't know if you have a specific reason to use the Linux distro you chose or if you consider a recommendation.  I used Ubuntu (prn. oo-boon-too) for several years as a dual boot with Windows.  Not only is it a great distribution, but there is a very good Forum.  Not as good as this , but very good.  The members of the Forum are very useful.  You can give it a thought.  I think they would get you to the top and run very fast.

  You say that the ghost can not find the USB? If Yes, then try a USB 2 port.

  Summary of the problem:

  The laptop SSD has a GPT format. I am trying to insall a Windows 10 ISO I have on it from a flash drive. Formatting a usb startup as TPG manually or using Rufus drive will not make the unit visible non-traditional mode. Formatting the drive in the MBR on the other hand I cannot install on a GPT disk.

  I've tried everything. I disabled and enabled secure boot. I updated the BIOS to the latest revision F.35.

  What's wrong?

  The ISO had problems with it. I used another and then I could install Linux Mint and Windows without any problem.

Is there a way I can save the exec of set-up for FF27 or even 26?

  Recently installed Samsung 840 Evo SSD in my Dell Inspiron 15r 5537. They created the restore disc factory of the previous disc thought they would just install on the new SSD. After trying to install get you a mass that told you can't reinstall on drives less than 400 some odd gigabytes. I thought I'd try an OEM of Windows 8 CD version I have. Who does not install as well you get a message that says something like: "the current installed does not match the product key."
