  I'm on MacBook Air, mid-2012, with the v10.9.2.o Mavericks. It has an Intel core i7, 8 GB RAM, 13 GB of free disk space on an SSD.

  Good enough to install Adobe Premiere, as far as I get, but the problem is that I can't install it. I have installed cloud creative, connected it there. I can see the list of applications available here, but it does not first somehow. How can this be? The textbooks say it can happen when my system is unable to run the application, but it can for sure, isn't it?

  Innokenti I missed that you were using a MacBook Air from 2012.  What graphics card has been delivered with this model?  I would recommend comparing the graphics card installed with the requirements and recommendations to system requirements | Adobe Premiere Pro.

  If your graphics card is rejected as being supported it would explain why Premiere Pro is still not appear in the creative Cloud Desktop application.  Are you given the opportunity to install After Effects?

  I tried all of the suggestions I found, permissions (I'm the only user of this computer and the ADM), turn off all parts of Norton, nothing works, and I cleaned and uninstalled previous attempts and restarted my computer.  All of the old, repeatedly, nothing works.  I get just the exit code 160.

  Step 1: Disconnect all external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) readers, etc...) Except the keyboard and mouse and then start.

  If this solves the problem, then add back devices at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue.  Then get any drivers\software update for the device.
