  Move this file to the desktop and open AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat in text editor and file change"1.0" to 0

  Save the file as an AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat file again (open in the text editor will change the .txt extension) make sure that save you it as a .dat file

  Move the file back to Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdaterInventory/1.0

  Try to update the product again.

  I just bought Lr6 last night but cannot install it.  Whenever I get the sign to the step it just turns and never comes back.  I can connect just fine in a browser web (I am) but the installation process stops cold by this problem.  Does anyone know what is the problem?  Any ideas on what we can do?

  Hi BBOnlineB,

  If you look closely, there is an option for the previous version in there. Click on that and all applications would have a small ward arrow down on the button INSTALL. You can click on this little arrow down and CC would be available to install.
