Trying to get OPEN on Mac applications and may not know why they used. Help me if you can. I know it's a simple solution
but my skill set is lacking. Thanks for any help...

Is - the current running in the server or Jdeveloper?
If it is the server, you did all the changes recently? Did transfer a file? If so, you correctly transfer in binary mode?
Delete the class files, copy the files again (binary mode if you transfer files class if the java files, transfer in ascii mode and then compile it in the server).
Bounce the server and see what happens.

I recently build the PAGE, AM, VO, EO, CO and deployed the entire myclasses Custom folder to the $JAVA_TOP.
-FTPed in binary Mode class files
-the Custom Page imported from the MDS using XMLIMPORTER
-Changed to 755 and bounce Server
All of these work in developer J, even I recompiled and redeployed several times and bounced the server each time. I always get the error below

12.2.4 deployment application: could not load application

I was faced with error: "oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: could not load application module" and the solution was to bounce the web server, but the documentation does not have to bounce...
I followed the following steps to deploy my application:
1 copy the files in $JAVA_TOP/xxcompany (we use the standard recommendation)
2 change of privileges: chmod-r $775 JAVA_TOP/xxcompany
3. run the utility "adcgnjar": adcgnjar
4 import pages to MDS OFA: applications java oracle.jrad.tools.xml.importer.XMLImporter $JAVA_TOP/xxcompany/oracle/apps/xbol/TimeCard/security/webui/LoginPG.xml - username username-password apps - "$AD_APPS_JDBC_URL" - rootdir $JAVA_TOP dbconnection
5 edit the file '$APPL_TOP_NE/ad/custom/adop_sync.drv '. Add the following entry in the section marked by the "customization #Begin" and "#End customization" comments
rsync - zr %s_current_base%/EBSapps/comn/java/classes/xgsg %s_other_base%/EBSapps/comn/java/classes
At this stage the doc says to work... but no! oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: cannot load application module
We bounce server web and everything worked!
We missed something?
But the question of additional cost is on "adoption" the doc said: a) run '= prepare adoption phase' before step 1 and, b) run "adoption phase = failover ' after step 5.
My DBA said it is not necessary (and he was right, because the bounce was enough).
Then... Why the doc says: run adoption?

I would say the rebound is enough for a development environment.
But I consider the steps adopted for a production environment.

Reference Dell 3000 win xp family, sp 2 card its replacement will not install right.
I just reinstalled windows on my Dell computer and have struggled to reinstall the different divers, applications and programs that I used to have. The long, everything went well, except for the audio part.
Windows Device Manager shows the icon replacement C-media with a yellow top warning label. Under "Properties", it shows this message: Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.
I uninstalled and completely removed all traces of the drivers C-media, etc. of my computer, rebooted, reinstalled the driver C-media since the original CD (several times!), but the yellow warning label is always there! When I ask to reinstall drivers C-media a notice tells me I have the best drivers now.
BTW, the audio worked perfectly in this machine until the windows reinstall so I am sure that the problem is not with the sound card, drivers or the installation CD. Thanks for any help on this, jim

In the meantime, you can try the clean boot troubleshooting steps and check if that helps.
Put your boot system helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. If so, you need to maybe contact the manufacturer of the program for updates or uninstall and reinstall the program.

System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. QC processor 2.5 Ghz, 4 GB RAM, Nvidia 9600GT. The work of modem very well until about a month. Uninstalles the device, I reinstalled it but the same messages. I tried 3 times, including restarting but still get the same error once the application has download; oaded, ectracted and then begins the installation which is about 2%, then the installation fails with the error notice: DW039: cannot load deployment file!

Lightroom 4.3 fix for "install fails when the English (International) is selected ' is now LIVE.
Please launch "Adobe Application Manager"-> click on username (upper-left)-> preferences-> English (International)-> Save selection. -> Click on the Lightroom Installer on the screen of the applet and Install should be successful.
Lightroom will then be operational.
