I downloaded the MAO to test a trial for photoshop, but I decided not to (feel like there no CS6 software on my computer, nor any program Adobe of any sort, not to mention that Flash Player and Reader and basic like this programs).

No matter how many times I try the cleaner download, nothing works. Please help, I want a soultion but impossible to find one that works.

    Jenk1n5,

Here are the steps that will help you uninstall your machine MAA.

    • Download and install the Creative Suite from Adobe cleaner tool: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
    • Extract and run.
    • Select "e" for English.
    • Press on 'Y' for Yes if requested.
    • Select Option 3 to creative cloud.
    • Then select Option 1 for Creative Cloud Installer.
    • Rename the OOBE, OOBE folder to:

  • Cannot open Windows Mail Pages with installed IE9

My comp: Edition Vista Home Premium SP2

    Windows Mail to: 6.0.6000.16386

Just installed IE9 and when I get an email from, say a supermarket or any other commercial company that I signed, with an illustration with details, everything that appears on the page is a square box where the picture should go AND a small red cross on the top of the LH of this box, so now, the page will be full of these boxes (and a Red Cross) , but there is nowhere on the page where I can allow the illustrations to appear... Unlike IE8 which had a yellow bar appears at the top of the page of the mail telling me that they had prevented the illustrations and if I wanted to see the full page... I would then click on the yellow box and all the illustrations on the page would be allowed!

So, how can I get these illustrations/photos to appear when I know its from a trusted site? I see nothing on the page that now allows me to do as he did on IE8

It started as soon as IE9 has been downloaded with automatic updates from Microsoft

You are welcome. Wish that I was not the bearer of bad news.

  • Problems with the update of Adobe Application Manager to creative cloud

I'm on a macbook pro, Snow Leopard 10.6.8
I have a plan for photoshop CC and it works perfectly (I pay a monthly price for it and it is all ok).

I'd really like the ability to use Creative Cloud sync, in order to have the same settings, when I switch from pc to mac (I use both extensively).

At the moment I have Adobe Application Manager installed on my macbook pro.

Adobe Application Manager is not up-to-date on its own.

If I try to download creative cloud and install it, it opens Adobe Application Manager and stop there. Does not install creative cloud.

I also tried to uninstall MAO, but it seems that I couldn't, so I used the Adobe cleaning tool and I eliminate AAM. Then I downloaded the installer of creative cloud again and I tried to install it, but it installed Adobe Application Manager instead!

    Help!

    Hi Lorenzo,.

For Mac OS Snow leopard Desktop Application 10.6.8 creative Cloud is not compatible. It is compatible with Mac 10.7 and later.

10.6.8 works with Adobe Application Manager only. This is the reason why, regardless of how many times you try to install creative cloud, it will install Adobe Application manager.
