Cannot start Adobe Application Manager

I can't open the Adobe Application Manager. I tried to run setup.exe in the Adobe Application Manager 7.0 folder I downloaded. It is said that it will update the first time. After the first time I ran it, Adobe Application Manager is not yet "in my program list. Then, if I try to run again, I get an error. I tried tuning Adobe Support Advisor, but he tells me that it cannot find the questions. So, I can't run my Adobe application manager and I need to get my InDesign to the new version that uses the rest of society!  Windows 7, Adobe Creative Cloud

Hello

Please follow these steps to solve the problem.

Download and run Creative Cloud installer from this location.

http://www.Adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

Once please download Creative Cloud Desktop Apps from this location.

http://www.creative.Adobe.com

After the creation of the clouds is installed, then you can download and install Indesign CC.

Please let me know if it helps.

Kind regards

Acrobat X has already worked? I would try to run uninstaller for Acrobat applications > utilities > Adobe Installers if avaiable, restart and then start Adobe Application Manager first of all within the Applications and then reinstall Acrobat.

  • Cannot install Adobe Application Manager 9 on Mac 10.10.4

I am OSX 10.10.4 and can't launch Adobe applications, told me to install the Application Manager 9, I try to only for the following error:

"We met the following problems. Setup could not initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem. »

By clicking on the link for the said Support Provider it is discontinued and returns me to the help forum and paid options to contact someone from Adobe directly.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Keith

The correct answer to the thread did not directly help, but knowing that there are more files in the folder utilities under Adobe Application Manager allowed me to try to delete all files from Adobe in this folder. After that, I was able to install the new application manager.

Advice to Adobe if you want:

Consider changing the installer to find and delete all the files in a conflict like this to the user to help with the installation process.

  • Cannot start Adobe Muse "Manager of Application is needed", but I can not stable it, just bought a license for a year in adobe muse :(

Hello, always that I close and then try to open the muse of adobe, I got an error that says that I need the "Application Manager" to start, so I went to download. After I entered the page it offers (www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager_es) it is said that if I am already a member of creative cloud that I should follow a ling this as, which redirects me to download the creative cloud app. OK so I have download and installed and it works at first, but when I close Adobe Muse, the error happens again, so I went directly to the Download Manager application, but when I install it another error appears and says that it can not be installed, that I need to download Adobe Support Advisor... ok, so I went to download , but I just went to see that the application was abandoned... I have had this problem since I installed Adobe Muse, I just uninstalled creative cloud and then reinstall it (took me about 30 mins. or more)... but I want to do that whenever I need to use the muse from adobe, these errors should not happen I was so excited because I'm muse adobe... • How can I get Adobe Application Manager to start (again)?

    Hello!

Application Adobe Manager just told me that there are updates available for Cs5.

I pressed the update, but has noticed that Photoshop and Bridge were running, so I stopped the installation to exit programs.

I stopped the installation when you are supposed to do to get your password for the computer, then Adobe Application Manager chrashed.

I restarted the computer, but the update wouldn't automatically start again.

Is it possible to start Adobe application Manager manually? I want my updates, haha.

    Thank you!

(Oh, and I'm on a Mac!)

  • Adobe Application Manager - download on Mac 10.7.5 error

    Hello

    Help, please.

I have this problem for more than a week now. I contacted Adobe support almost every day, but all the solutions they offer did not work. I uninstalled the AAM and Creative Cloud App several times installed again, deleted the folder AAMUpdater, the file opm.db , installed only MAO, but I cannot yet access the creative cloud. Before installed programs on the same computer are the creative cloud international English CS6. The error appeared after the upgrade of the creative cloud App. The installed version is now: 1.0.0.183 and AAM is 7.0. I used Safari, Firefox and Chrome without success. There is no network or firewall problem because the second machine I, an older, running 10.6.8. connect with creative cloud with no problems via the same router. The computer I work with is a MacBook Pro with 10.7.5. in German. What is a language problem? I used the English software on a German OS for years... the last beeing creative cloud CS6.

Today, the software installed (CS6) started getting this error at the start "Adobe Application Manager, needed to verify your license is missing or damaged."

So please help, any type of solution is welcome... my time is running out. I use these applications to work. The customers are waiting... Thank you.

    Petru Stendl

PS Please see screenshots (they are in German, but I understand that the problem is international).

    Thank you.

The idea with the Live chat Support was really good. They have taken control of the machine remotely and solved the problem! A change in permissions of certain files from Adobe is required (reading and writing), after that, they performed the same procedures as you also sugested. Great team! Thank you once again.

  • Cannot open my Adobe suite cS6 Master Collection. Adobe Application Manager keeps asking for the serial number.

I've never had a problem using basic Adobe on my Mac applications. I had this installed since 2012. Last night, when I try to go to Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or one of the Adobe based products the Adobe Application Manager continues on Popping up. Telling me that the trial is finished, I had to sign up to enter my serial number or to make the Trial Version. And I went through its phases by logging provided the serial number, but unfortunately his telling me I have the wrong info set. I've never updated all Adobe based products, I was still able to use this a week before that my mac is running IOS X.

My panic, I advanced and uninstalled all Adobe products based on my mac to start cleaning, but now that I install their back to get to the entry number series its telling me the error message even to provide the correct serial number. Can someone tell me what I else I could do, it's very discouraging to say the least.

Cloud of reading takes up https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2089127 for some ideas

From the above, you must disable and uninstall and run the vacuum cleaner to remove any trace

    -http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html (and uninstall)

    > downloaded each individually

As far as I know, it will not work with a Master Collection serial number... it need to install everything and enter the serial number once for all programs

In the end, you go in CS6 Update Manager and will find the option to tell him to NEVER check the updates and do updates once

The information contained in my 1st answer about installing CS6 on El Capitan and assistance by an incorrect serial number message, should contribute to this point

If not, I'm on Windows only saves links to provide assistance... I have no real experience with a Mac
