  I have a user having difficulty opening files of the orf. When the problem was first brought to my attention, that we could not open the nef files either. I installed the Adobe Camera Raw plugin and then the nef files can be opened but not the orf files.

  If the cameras are not supported by 6.7, then you can use the 8.7 dng converter to convert dng files best, which photoshop cs5 should then be able to open.

  Nothing worked until I managed to speak directly to Adobe support. They recommended to install the latest version of Camera Raw Installer 8.6.   A little worrying that this file should simply disappear - never happened on any of my guests. Check the logs, etc. for possible reasons. You get also warnings much more when you run vmware - config.pl I've ever encountered. What files did you manually have to move?

  If you download the tarball, extract the file from here and place it in the folder "/ usr/lib/vmware/modules/source", then you should probably go further. Should also be vmci.tar, vmnet.tar and vsock.tar in there.

  In the import of an article on a folio, I just got this error:

  Cannot open the InDesign file. Please confirm that the file can be opened in InDesign.

  The file is opened now in InDesign. I can close and reopen without error.

  I tried to save again article in a new file. No help.

  as suggested above, Amy if you download items from a network drive, move your files to local computer HD and download from there. Download the data to a network drive is known to cause unpredictable errors

  Let me know if you have any ideas how I can fix it.  My next step was to recreate this E directory and download the install.wim file and re start the installation.  I could not find the file install.wim well.

  Hi Rob,

  I checked the link you provided.  What you downloaded was just the Vista recovery environment.  You cannot actually re - install Vista with that and if you blew your recovery partition unfortunately you may be out of luck.  You blew your partition containing Vista runs so the SFC will be of no help either.  I wish I had better news for you, but I don't see any way o get on without a Vista DVD.  I have good news for you if.  When you get your HP drive if you have problems with the installation, we will be able to help you with that.

  1. when exactly you get this error message?
  2. what disc do you use to reinstall?
  3. What is the exact error that appears when you try to start?
  4. at what point of the installation you get the error message?

  After researching the error 0x8007000D code is essentially due to file corruption and a problem with the drive itself.

  First check if you have scratches or dust on the disc and clean the surface and try again.

  To check if the disk is wrong, you will need to copy the contents of the DVD to the hard drive and try to install using that.

  Try the steps from the following link:

  Sara, problem solved.  FYI-I went to Google tool bar/internet reception/security/choose medium security / clicked on allow reliable messaging users / restarted the computer and success!  Put finely pfd to download and print.  I tried this before but did restart.   Please provide this information to all users of Adobe Reader XI.
