  Try resetting your e-mail account. First close your Mail application completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and drag the email preview pane up until it disappears from the display. You may need to search the mail pane covering scribbles to the left. Then go to settings > Mail, Contacts, calendar > find your e-mail provider and click on the account.   Last week I found that I couldn't open attachments in my Hotmail account using Firefox v 3.6.25. I used this version for quite some time and it is a new problem. I have upgraded my Norton 360 v 5.1.0.29. I contacted Norton and they were unable to help me. There is NO problem of access to these attachments when I switch to Chrome or Internet Explorer. Any ideas why Firefox has hesitated to this? I cleared my cache and cookies. No help!
