Cannot open the classic workspace Planning

Hello

Version 9.3.1 Windows 2003

I have configured the classic planning; I can access the Application directly from planning URL, but when I open the workspace and

Navigate > administer > planning classic administration > planning administration

I get the error:

"Invalid or did not find the configuration of the module.
"module request required Hyperion Planning.Planning is not configured. Please contact your administrator. "

Help, please.

No, you should be fine.

See you soon

  • Cannot open the application of planning through the workspace

    Hi all
    I have installed and configured the Hyperion products in the following order

    -> foundation services
    -> server Essbase
    -> Essbase Administration service
    -> planning
    -> reporting and analysis
    -> workspace

    We know that this workspace is a unique user interface.

    After setting up, I tried to open the planning via the workspace Application, but I could not able to find "* classic Application Administration *" under administer option of the menu navigation to guide me.

    Thanks and greetings

    Rgds,

    There are two options.

    With the help of JAVA
    CD to the directory that contains the jar awm and execute something like the following.

    java -classpath awm.jar oracle.olapi.metadata.util.ExportXML -user your_user -password your_password -url jdbc:oracle:thin:@localhost:1521:orcl > olap.xml

    Of course, you need to change this option to provide your own user, password and the URL. Your awm jar may have a different name (for example awm11.2.0.1.0.jar), so that set as well.

    Using PL/SQL
    For this you need a DIRECTORY available Oracle, 'Mon_repertoire' say, that is mapped to an available directory. In other words, something created using code like this.

    CREATE DIRECTORY MY_DIR AS '...enter path here...';
    GRANT WRITE ON MY_DIR TO your_user;

    Then log in as your_user and run the following PL/SQL

     exec dbms_cube.export_xml_to_file('your_user', 'MY_DIR', 'olap.xml')

  • I may have inadvertently downloaded Firefox 5 instead of 4 and cannot open the application because it is not supported. Can I still download Firefox 4, which I was planning to do?

    I tried to update to Firefox 3 Firefox 4. But, after completing the download and then tried to open the Firefox application, I got a message saying: "Cannot open the application"Firefox"because it is not supported on this architecture." One that you have installed the 'Full' configured HR modules (that is, you plan to use the full capacity of human resources). The default installation of the EBS is delivered with the HR modules in "SHARED" mode PL see MOS Doc 461063.1 (change of resources human Installation of Oracle to COMPLETE Payroll HR/FULL SHARED HR SHARED payroll installation install)

  • Cannot open the application "Mail" because PowerPC applications are no longer supported

    I work on a MacBook Pro mid 2012

    Intel Core i5 2.5 GHz

    OS X El Capitan 10.11.6

    The Mail app suddenly quit and when I tried to resume, I got this message

    "Cannot open the application"Mail"because the PowerPC applications are no longer supported."

    This also happens with the "Maps" app

    All Mac software are up to date, but "Mail" has been working fine since my last update that was awhile ago.

    I am confused to say the least. Suggestions? Thank you!

    If you do a Get Info (command - I) on Mail and Maps applications, what version numbers do you see?

    Try a reboot.

    Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.

    Try to set up another admin user account to see if the same problem persists. If back to my Mac is enabled in system preferences, the guest account will not work. The intention is to see if it is specific to an account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.

    Isolate a problem by using a different user account

    If the problem is still there, try to start safe mode using your usual account.  Disconnect all devices except those necessary for the test. Shut down the computer and then put it up after a 10 second wait. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the SHIFT key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. Startup is considerably slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a check for directory and disables all start-up and connection, among other things. When you restart normally, the initial restart may be slower than normal. If the system is operating normally, there may be 3rd party applications that pose a problem. Try to delete/disable the third-party applications after a reboot using the UN-Installer. For each disable/remove, you need to restart if you do them all at once.

    Have you installed the tools and all the other drivers of Toshiba?

    Search on the Toshiba site for a BIOS update.
    Maybe this can solve the problem.
