  I can create and perform actions which create, delete or move channels; Use the menu tab or channels to open it - but I can't seem to find a way to use a key combination to open the Panel layers as you can do for the layers (F7) or actions (F9) boards.

  Someone has an idea?

  You can assign a shortcut using Edit > keyboard shortcuts > application menu >

  Window > channels.

  Hi - I have a psd with CS2. I don't see a single layer, and I checked that the file opens correctly in CS2.

  I recently bought a new computer with vista. Installed iTunes on this computer and found that there is a problem between the two profiles on the computer. I run iTunes on my profile - but whenever my wife profile is active we are getting consistent error messages indicating "cannot open the application"iTunes"as another user, he has opened." Ask the other user to quit the application and try again.

  I need to keep itunes open in my profile - and anyway, why are they bent them in two profiles in Vista... we never had this problem under XP.

  Find the Itunes.exe in the Itunes folder in Program Files.  Right click on the .exe / Properties / compatibility, look down at the bottom of this page for the 'privilege level' and check the box that says "change settings for all users.  In the heartbeat window according to the box that says "run this program as an administrator".  This can only solve your problem if you can both run under the same user name.

  When you run a program as an administrator you should get a quick UAC (unless maybe you have turned off UAC?

  To see the file extensions, you may need to go into Control Panel / folder Options / discovers, there you can uncheck "hide known file type.

  First of all, let me say that was exceptionally difficult to find somewhere I might actually post. I don't think it should be that hard, either I've missed the easy way. Eitherway, let me know if this is in the wrong place, because I am posting this now that I finally found somewhere I can actually post.

  I use adobe acrobat X standard v10.1.2 (I think, should be fully updated without worrying) on windows 7 pro - x 32. I can open a pdf file and then click on the envelope to send by e-mail, and it brings up a side panel. When I tell the email attachment, it seems that if she does something and then disappears without notice. I tried as admin and same result, I troubleshoot compatibility and it came with xp sp2 and when I did, it says "cannot open the e-mail software" and when I run in administrator mode and xp mode it says always 'impossible to open the email software' on other computers it would be perfectly fine without a hitch, even if they are 64-bit could this be the cause?   You are most likely in a problem with Win7 email client number. I'm not sure about AAX, but for older versions, the e-mail was through the interface MAPI Ms. Most of the time you simply make sure that your default e-mail client is specified in the default Windows programs. For some clients, you must enable their ability to use MAPI.

  Not sure if this will help, but it is typically a Windows problem to solve because of the way Acrobat trys to interact with mail.

  The Mail app suddenly quit and when I tried to resume, I got this message

  This also happens with the "Maps" app

  All Mac software are up to date, but "Mail" has been working fine since my last update that was awhile ago.

  If you do a Get Info (command - I) on Mail and Maps applications, what version numbers do you see?

  Try a reboot.

  Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.

  Try to set up another admin user account to see if the same problem persists. If back to my Mac is enabled in system preferences, the guest account will not work. The intention is to see if it is specific to an account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.

  Isolate a problem by using a different user account

  If the problem is still there, try to start safe mode using your usual account.  Disconnect all devices except those necessary for the test. Shut down the computer and then put it up after a 10 second wait. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the SHIFT key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. Startup is considerably slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a check for directory and disables all start-up and connection, among other things. When you restart normally, the initial restart may be slower than normal. If the system is operating normally, there may be 3rd party applications that pose a problem. Try to delete/disable the third-party applications after a reboot using the UN-Installer. For each disable/remove, you need to restart if you do them all at once.
