    It would be preferable that you contact customer service to see how you can transfer membership or get a refund adjusted for months unused so that you can cancel and start a new membership. I had to do something similar and this is what worked for me.

    Acrobat Reader DC is a free version that allows you to view, print and comment on a PDF document.

  • Can I move the software/app that I pay for my plan of individual single-app?

    I pay for a paid plan, monthly, annual. It's the individual plan of single-app, and I chose Flash Pro. I was wondering if I could pass the Flash Pro app/software, say, Photoshop? I thought it would be something that I could certainly do so I tried going in my account and then switch in plan, but it only allows me to select in what appears to be a small selection of plans. This list does not also include the individual plan of single-app... So is this something I can do? Can I change the app in my plan of Flash Pro in Photoshop?

    Chances are that you must cancel the current plan, possibly with a penalty and then start a new plan.  Your best bet to get a definitive answer is to contact Support Adobe directly through chat or by phone.

    In August, I bought the creative cloud (complete package for students and teachers) and I chose the monthly payment. I managed to create an account, but I have not received confirmation e-mail on my purchase and I still received a Bill in my bank account from a purchase of CAN $30.73. At first, I thought that everything was fine, so I do not pay attention to the end of my 30 day trial where my account was told that my trial ended and I had to buy a plan, because apparently, I hadn't bought anything. I thought my first purchase had not worked, so I bought the prepaid and I received my confirmation email. A few days ago I got my Bill from bank account and in it, I got the prepaid purchase AND one monthly.

    I can find no evidence of my monthly plan and I don't know how it happens. The only evidence I pay one monthly, is with unnecessary spending in my bank account.

  • Cannot pay for a Skype number

    I want to buy a number of Skype in the Japan and the problem is that whenever I have access to the payment page, then select the mode of payment, and support on continue button, nothing happens and I get redirected to the same page.

    I tried directly using credit cards, paypal, bank transfer, other methods, none of them work.

    I use a Sony Android phone, with a data sim card only Japanese. I tried this on windows PC, macbook, my phone and with a registered account to Singapore, in addition to a registered account in Japan with a Japanese email address.

    It turns out I used Skype in China for a certain period, so it seems that my account was considered as in China, where the number of Skype is not available. Then, I need to provide proof that I do not reside in China more to get my account 'unlocked '.

    BTW, I tried a newly registered account again and it works now. Strange that it didn't work when I tried earlier. But here, there may be problems with the regions.

    If please log out of the desktop creative cloud app and then sing in the back and check if the problem persists.
