Some sort of Bug, files corrupt, I don't know, but nothings working

Basically, I can't run my antivirus software... It gets about 80% and then stops. Is like his still to go but goes no further after 30 minutes. These scans are generally high for 15 minutes. And it never seems to stop in the same place or the path. I have reinstaled the antivirus and THAT worked, he installed and updated successfully, but when I ran the scan, I always had the same problem. I'm also a player and can not get a MMO I used to install. Same question as attempts by Virus scanning. Stops progressing at the same point every time (I uninstalled it thinking that was the problem, first). I have a lot of free memory, got the last microsoft update and still nothing. I don't share many games online so I don't "think" it's a virus, although I had success with one of these aggressive programs that starts a so-called and you virus scan indicating your computer is infested and asks you to purchase their software to solve this problem, while the window refuses to close. Sure I got that cleared away, but would he have done the damage? It was about 2 weeks ago and the computer was a bit wonky for maybe the last week. I need this problem and I have a lot or even a bit of money to throw around. I'm ready to do a full system restore, but I can't seem to understand how to. This is a custom made and I have no floppy boot or equivalent.

You can continue to try to clean it yourself, or get guided help to one of the specialty forums listed below, or take the machine to a professional computer technology (not a type of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad of the place), or backup your data and do a clean/factory restore of Windows installation. Description

I have no idea what browser should I use to open files in Firefox, I used the browser default Mozilla initially which caused me a lot of problems so I stopped using it but don't know alternatives, could someone please because I can't open any files at all now.

Vista has Gone Mad? No Admin Tools, the files are empty, don't know where to start - please help me

I don't know if the content of files is empty or if files have been renamed. I ran the Windows Fixit but still no Admin Tools and Recycle bin is not fair. I have no idea of what all is not good. I can't defragment because there is nothing in the system folder. I can't restore it.

Not a dummy either computer but not a tech genius. I have the software OS but try to avoid it if possible. Do not know how it got in its current state...

I'm not in love with my PC but I do what I can to work for now. I hate Vista!

All files lost and don't know dbid
Hi all

I lost all my files and spfile and control files, the good news is I have backup rman of them, the bad news is that I don't know dbid, so the question is how can I find out my database's (gr 10, 2) dbid in this situatioin to restore and recover the database?

It will show you where you will have a database of State of Mount. Database lost oPs and did not have a dbid before restoring the controlfile.

@OP if you controlfile autobackup then by default, the format of the file auto save for all configured devices is the substitution variable % F. This format of variable translates c-IIIIIIIIII-YYYYMMDD-QQ, where IIIIIIIIII represents the DBID.

I read a book on Actionscript 3 and I'm good! But I have a question:
Look at this code that I find in my book (it is in a class file):

In the first example (of the book), the braces are missing... But it has worked so far! The application works properly!
I don't know why? I thought was if else statement requires braces around it! Also, when I press the button in the form of the syntax, Flash adds the 'missing '... braces
I thought that it was a mistake in the book and would like to get a syntax error here... But apparently, it's good... Usually, when your code is wrong, you cannot format your syntax...
Can someone help me out here?

It's because you only have a single statement for the fi, and for the rest, it's the kind of a shortcut, however if you try to add a second statement at the END, otherwise you will get a compiler error. It's like semicolons, they are not really necessary unless you write two statements on the same line of code.

I see not shown downstairs Sync firefox icon right after the upgrade to Firefox 3.6 of Firefox 6.0 and I don't know if it works. Someone has the same problem and know solutions?

I can see the icon if open 'Option' under the 'Tool' menu, but when I look upward into the 'add-on' under the same menu, I don't see Firefox Sync in the list. I don't know if the update to Firefox Sync for Firefox 6.0 is not ready or other problems which I do not know. I downloaded this software Add on several times and put in place, but the problem was still there.

Firefox 4 and later have synchronization integrated, no add-on is required. The icon "" in the status bar that has been used by the extension disappeared, but there is a synchronization toolbar button sitting in the Palette to customize you can place a toolbar where you want it. Place the cursor on the button to see the connection status of the synchronization.

I have image files that I don't know how to print them?

I need some info to help. You send these photos from a computer or a smart phone? If it is a smart phone, is it an Android or iPhone?

Some general tips for sending photos via ePrint successfully are:
- Make sure the photo is at least 100 DPI (dots per inch) whatever it is and less will be rejected.
- Make sure that the photos/files are not more than 5MB
- If sending attachments multiple the number of attachments does not exceed 10.

Hi Gharbi, in most cases you will find that you don't need buttons for copy/paste of a website, but you can use one of the following methods:
- To copy, select the text, then either:
  - Right click > copy
  - CTRL + c keyboard shortcut
- To paste, click to position the cursor, then either:
  - Right click > paste
  - Keyboard Ctrl + v shortcut
These two methods work thoughout most of the windows and if the other doesn't usually work.

You have created two views of the same file. Close one of the points of view, an amendment to the other point of view and save. Then close and reopen and you should be good to go.
