• Recipients of the form cannot save the form with their entry

  I guess I forgot something simple, but when I sent a test of my form (created in version 9) to someone, they could open and select boxes, filler text, etc, but cannot save their results. They received a message that the only way they could save their results was to print the form. Of course, what I'm after is a way for recipients to complete the form, save it, and send it to me with the fields filled in with their entry. What Miss me?

  I sent the same form that I created in Acrobat X Pro over 30 different users and they all have the same computer system.  All have Acrobat Reader X.  Security settings have no restrictions.  Nearly 40 employees, two of them were unable to save the form with the changes.  What else could be the cause?

  Both with the problem have the same version of the same level as the others, or more recent?

  Older versions are compatible with up to a y understood that the version of pdf but created everything with new versions do not necessarily work if they use a more recent version.

  Any disc RW (CD or DVD) will need to be re-formatted once you have deleted the content before you can record again on it. You can use a third-party utility (for example NERO INCD), or I belive Toshiba have a DVD - RAM utility (should not be confused with DVD-RAM discs) which will also allow you to reformat the RW disks.

  I have a strange problem. I have a contour with a dimension of accounts where most of the members are to store the data. I can record information in each one without any problems except the first.
  
  After the name of dimension, the first child in the general plan is to store data , but I'm not able to save information in it. If I create a new brother before (which becomes the first child), then the second child (formerly the first) can now save information.
  
  What is going on?. Does anyone have this problem?

• Cannot submit data form with Chrome or Safari

  Can complete is no longer the hold mail in USPS use Chrome or Safari. He let me use the calendar to select the start and end dates.   If anyone can help... I have a 512 MB/40gig a60 drive
  When I have word and excel open at the same time I am unable to save to any device. I get an error message saying, IE c drive is full or e drive is complete close windows (usb removable) and try again. The thing is of no use to me at the minute, as I can't do serious work on the machine.
  When I check the readers there is plenty of space on them.

  In my opinion, it will be interesting to know if this happens with another applications. Can you please try to start one program to another and try to save documents, photos or anything else.

  You should try to find out if it's a general problem or a problem just of Microsoft office applications.

• Cannot save file and cannot save the form

  Sometimes, especially after that I've worked with Flash for a while, it doesn't let me save my work. I get a dialog box error saying that the file is opened read-only or another user has the file open. What is more worrying, is that I can't even do a "save under"-I get the same message. Even worse, if I exit without saving the changes, it deletes the file on the disk! This happens with XP x 64 and XP Pro.

  never - seen here too many times - when you work/save to a network drive you always risk losing
  work if there is more slight hiccups in the network connection. Always work locally, and then copy
  files to a network for application sharing.
  If you insist on the use out of a network - when it happens again (and it will) you will need to
  copy all the images in your timeline and paste in a NEW flash document and do a SAVE under a new name
  on a LOCAL drive.

  Having a problem with the distribution of forms and functionality.

  I have forms that require signatures for multiple users. We distribute shapes on our own network. When some users sign and record the file, the file becomes ' you cannot save data typed into the form. Please print your completed form if you want a copy form your records. "make it unusable for users later. Also the functionality of sending is extirpated from the form.

  I have enabled Reader extensions before distibution and checked all the security properties to ensure that registration and signature are permitted, etc... nothing makes sense. Please help - time and pulling my hair out!

  You must implement signature sectional for signature fields if you don't want the previous signatures to get each time struck down a new sign is placed.

  For the implementation, you must follow these steps

  1. double click a signature field to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. go in the tab 'signed '.

  3. check the box "mark read-only.

  4. in the drop-down list, select the option "all fields except these" and click on the button named "Pick".

  5. Select all fields except signature under development. for example, if Signature1 is the name of the field on which you double clicked, select all the other fields in the signature on the PDF except Signature1 and click OK

  6. close the Digital Signature Properties dialog box.

  7. Repeat steps 1 through 6 for all fields of signature on the Pdf document.

  P.S. If you want that all other fields also to be modified after the signatures, be sure to select them as in step 5 also.

  How I underdstand procedure with Acrobat Pro DC, it's that I first have to distribute the form.  The client cannot save the form, unless I do it, and then I send the form distributed to the customer.  On the side of the user, I think it will confuse most of the clients that I work with

  There are two ways of submitting the form by e-mail without using Adobe distribution methods and each method has some problems.

  The easiest way is to create a 'normal send button' and set the URL of submit button to point to an email address as "mailto:you[at]domain.com". You need to enable rights of use on the PDF file in order to receive all of the PDF document in your Inbox; because Adobe Reader users are limited to show only data formats (FDF, XFDF and XDP, XML, HTML) only. This method is very reliable; because submission will fail if end-users have not properly installing the software side mail client by default, or if they use the webmail.

  The most reliable method is to define the button submit to point to a script on the side of server such as ASP.net or PHP; because the script bypasses software email client-side and sends the request through a SMTP server. Both methods require that the end-users to submit using Adobe Reader or Adobe Reader browser plug-in. Integrated PDF by default "spectators" of the browser are not able to submit PDF forms, they may not read rights of use of Adobe, and they are not compatible with LiveCycle XFA forms.

They receive the error message is: "cannot save the form information please note: you cannot save a completed copy of the form on your computer." If you want a copy for your records, please fill out and print. "They also got the message: 'save a copy of this form for data typed into this form is not saved. Adobe Reader can only save a copy of this form. Please print your form if you would like a copy for your records. »

  This form was created in LiveCycle ES4. I have Adobe XI on my computer and I am able to save the form correctly. My staff have Adobe 9 on their computer. Is there something I can do so that they will be able to save the form on their computer, once they've finished will fill?

  If you have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro then you could save it as a PDF Reader extended file that would allow saving form data in Adobe Reader 9.

  I created a new form in Adobe Pro 9.1 bringing in an excel template.  The final product was beautiful.  I had our IT Department post it on our Intranet, and some individuals commented back that they cannot save a copy of the data that they have entered in the blank form.  I tested with others where it works very well.  I can't confirm 100%, but it seems that he who has the 'Pro' version Adobe can save and who have just the 'standard' could not be saved.  They get this message save a blank copy of this form, the data entered in this form will not be saved... "etc".

  I tried to go to the advanced features in Adobe Reader extension, but that did not help either, once posted on the Web site.

  My client would like to dynamic images up to 200 photos to my forms. It works very well. However, when I add images up to 35 images. I could not add images to shape more. Then I save data on the form. All the images and the data entered on the form are missing. I don't know why.

  If I add only 10 images - I can record data and images on the form. 15456 KB is the size of the pdf.  I was unable to add more photos or data on the form.

  There may be a problem the size of the pdf? How big can make a limited dynamic pdf?

  Can save us the information and images as much as we want?

  To clarify what mentioned TSN, forms PDF that are used and saved by the application on a Mac are corrupt in a number of ways. When a form that has been corrupted by the Preview is opened in Acrobat/Reader, one of the symptoms is exactly what you describe. If you have access to Acrobat and the original form, empty, not corrupted, you can export the form data in a data file (e.g., FDF) and import the shape of FDF data in the blank form.
