  Follow these steps:

  1. close all the browser open except one
  2. open a browser session (I assume you are using IE)
  3. in the menu, select Tools > Internet options > advanced
  4. scroll to the Security section. Check the box "* allow active content run in files on my computer."
  5. click OK to commit the change.
  6. close the browser
  7. open a browser again and repeat the test.

  We have a Forms application Forms 10 g R1 (Forms [32 bit] Version 9.0.4.2.0 (Production)). We want to migrate Forms 11 g (Forms [64-Bit] Version 11.1.2.0.0).
  
  The app Server and Forms builder are in Windows machines.
  
  We open a 10g R1 form our application forms 11g and compile it in the form designer. Yes, we get an error for "each SQL STATEMENT", for each SQL statement and some procedure calls that we get this error.
  
  Error 0 in line 4, column 3 SQL statement ignored
  
  Then, we created a mild form using Forms 10 g R1 without any of our libraries and added a block and a program unit to the form with a simple SQL.

  I am also having a problem with my USB keyboard goes dead. the backlight stays on, but none of the buttons will respond. I have to unplug the USB and use it to hold back in order to reinstall.   I guess the problem with the Windows Audio endpoint builder, it's that you have disabled the Windows on Windows 7 power management.  For some reason, the audio services cannot start if power management is disabled.
