  Thank you. I bought my N411Z Dell about a year ago and tried to fix it for the straight, I spent countless hours over 8 months.

  And I just tried to press the hard webcam, right next to the lens and the top of the screen and it worked!

Please restart your PC or something similar. After several boots the same problem appears.
