Canon 5 d video blurry

My new 5 d allowed me to take some amazing pictures and have no regrets, especially with the lens 70/200 2.8, no problems there but the video is another matter all together.

Last video on Auto, 1920/30/ALLI posted on Facebook (bad I know) and shot fate unclear, worked fine on my computer but blurred during the validation, it's a FB issue? He will do the same with You Tube?

My canon VIXIA HD worked so well for me, I'm tempted to stay with that for video.

Thanks in advance for all entries, fire suite...

Hi Captdanno!

Thanks for the post.

When you upload a video to Facebook, he sometimes re - encode the video to match their requirements to format.  The format of the video of the EOS 5 d Mark III is different from your camcorder, so the final result is related to the difference as well.  It of something indigenous to Facebook and does not indicate a problem with the camera.  A similar process can occur with other sites, but this is something you will need to check with those Web sites to check.

    Solution suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hello Terry,

The error could be a codec problem means that some video files are not supported by Windows Media Player 12. What I can suggest is to download a third party media codec and searched through our search engine Bing.

  • Basics of the alpha channel of Canon 7 d video

Maybe I'm missing something basic here, as I am fairly new to play with alpha in VIDEO layers/channels. Otherwise, I have a pretty good understanding of the alpha when it comes to photos, animations, etc.ffects

I'm doing the black in a video of a few flames in an alpha channel, so I can use them in the form of particles in After Effects.

    (like in this video http://www.videocopilot.net/tutorial/green_smoke/ ( )

I understand the restrictions codec/format for alpha channels, but the problem is that I can't get the black to come out at all as an alpha channel.

I have tried Quicktime with no codec and FLV and other formats that are supposed to support alpha channels.

According to me, what is the problem is format that shoots in the Canon does not have an alpha channel in native mode to export the video in different formats is not having an effect. If this is the case, how should we do the dark parts of a video in an alpha channel.

I know there are ways to make green in a channel alpha (filtering). I can't for the life of me figure out how to get scars OR Prime Minister to acknowledge the black straight as an alpha channel however.

I watched a few 30 tutorials trying to understand this point, but it seems that I am unable to ask the right question to get the answer I want.

    There are the export parameters.

Perhaps someone can point out my gross missunderstanding of what I'm trying to make, or otherwise put me on the right track.

Here's a clip of in aftereffects, the arrow shows that the clip has properties alpha... I think, but when I turn off the alpha channel EVERYTHING disappears.
I have to d something in the aftermath?  I don't know, I'm lost.

    videoalphas.jpg

If anyone thinks they can help I'm willing to do a youtube video showing what I do.

PP will never recognize black as an alpha channel.  You have to eliminate the black using the Luma key.  As long as it has nothing else underneath, which retired black will be encoded as an alpha transparency.

  • Replace them with AE Composition - video blurry

Hello everyone. It's my first post, so bear with me.

I'm pretty new to After Effects and Adobe Production Premium, in general, in fact - I have spent most of my time in school editing with FCP (I found that I like better organization, however).

In any case, I try to create a video promo for my company and I prefer to do my color correction in AE (given that the stock of the body color correction is not exactly the best) and so I'm using the command ' replace with after effects composition "in Premiere Pro. It will load in AE very well, I'll make my effects and color correction and whatnot, but when I return in Premiere Pro, the video I had handled in AE is fuzzy and unattractive, even after having made and/or export as one. AVI.

My export settings are not at issue, like regular video body looks like a lot when I export, only the part of the AE composition is blurred.

I'm doing something wrong? Is that what I can do to preserve video quality when linking to AE compositions and projects of the Organization? Could this be a hardware problem?

    For reference:

Video shot on the Canon XL-2

    720 x 480

    16:9 (1.2121)

    NTSC

    29.7 FPS

    System:

Operating system: Windows 7 Enterprise (64-bit)

Processor: Intel Core i5 2.67 GHz

    RAM: 8 GB

    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 210

I know that my system of sucks for editing, but I failed to convince my bosses to buy me a turnkey system yet. But I still have hope!

Canon XL-2, where pulling in 16 / 9 native, not anamorphic

The camera has true 16:9 imagers, but the saved image is 720 x 480, whether they are 4:3 or 16:9.  The difference will be the size of the pixels.

Turned 30 p: which would be so 29.97 FPS, progressive scan.

It will be a problem.  You will need to create a custom 30 p sequence, and you will probably need to interpret images in PP to read as progressive.

    Try this and report.

  • Why my Canon MVX40i upload videos to the first?

    Hi all

    Video capture problems.

I checked the FAQ and followed the advice mentioned in some of the threads, but 7 first does not see my camera. I am running Windows Vista. I changed the camera to vcr mode. I have connected correctly using the firewire cable supplied with the computer. and I installed the software that came with the video capture card, (uh... a pack of Pinnacle). I checked Device Manager and it says that the device drivers are loaded for the card and it works correctly. I checked to see if my camera brand is supported, and although my particular Canon model is not listed, I think that it should still work, being a bog standard min dv tape camera Canon.

I tried to capture via Windows Movie Maker, but even this app does not detect my camera.

It is a new computer that I just bought this week. I've never used to capture the video before. Never used for anything else, besides. I used my camera on my eMac to capture video to iMovie4, and it has always worked perfectly.

I don't remember if I got some software with the camera that I installed in the eMac, but I doubt it.

    Can anyone help? Thank you.

    See you soon,.

    Kurt.

    Kurt,

The Forum PrPro, one user, Jim Simon, found his Panasonic criticized exactly how it was connected and turned on, compared to the way the Capture for PrPro module was launched. I don't remember exactly what sequence worked for him, but he thinks it was taken behind closed doors, turn it on, launch PrPro and then start the module of Capture.

Think of the possible sequences and see if one is the key for you. Hereby, I mean:

Launch of pre, plug in and turn on the camera, then launch the Capture module

Plug in, turn, throw before then the Capture module

Plug-ins, but leave off, launch before, then the Capture module, and THEN turn on the camera

    Etc, etc.

Take notes and if you find the perfect sequence, write on a post-it on your screen and do it this way all the time.

    Good luck

  • Canon powershot sx500 video shot at a concert. The audio is overmodulating

Hello I used the sx500 Powershot.  Love for still images.   Try shooting video at a concert.  The audio was overmodulating.   The volume of the camera can be lowered?  What do you suggest me?

    Thank you

    Dawn B

    Hi dawnbelotti!

Thank you for posting.  The PowerShot SX500 is a great camera for still shooting and video most of the conditions that do not involve very high level of shooting.  However, you can not get the highest audio quality when a concert recording, which can have high levels of volume.  There is not a parameter setting of the camera for the entry level of the microphone of the camera, so it is difficult to compensate for such a high volume level.

  • How to make a specific part of the video blurry

    Hello

What is the easiest and most flexible way to make a specific part of a blurred video? It should be possible to create animations of movement with it because the party that should be blurred in the video also changes.

I read an article about it on help.adobe but I can not find! A common way to do are probably just copy the movie, but I don't like this method.

    Best regards

Apply a blur with a mask effect and use tracking.

  • That is why my video blurry export?

    Hello

Me a little here, a bastard. My short 33 second partial sequence of the timeline work playing great. That's when I export the problem occurs. I checked just as much as a human being, it takes, but no matter what I do, export comes out fuzzy. I've included a demo if anyone can help.

    The settings I know are:

    Premiere Pro CC2015

    Windows 8

    1280 x 720

    29.97 en

    Export:

    MPEG4

Scale to fit (and fill up, as well)

    NTSC

    Level 3

    Go to verified maximum depth

    Maximum use invalidate verified quality

    Thank you very much

    Robert

    Hello

Two questions. One, you have put your video export at a MUCH lower resolution (342 x 194) as your source (1280 x 720). In addition, MPEG 4 probably isn't the best format to choose in 2016. It gets a little confusing if you don't know much about codecs, but try by selecting the H.264 Format drop down. It gives you a video file that uses the H.264 codec super common inside of a MP4 container. It is one of the most common distribution methods on the Internet today. In most cases, you can leave the preset to "Match Source broadband." Hope that helps!

  • almost high definition video and menu title comes out blurry when the project completed

I have been using first 10 elements since it came out and was happy until this week.  I use elements to assemble my daughters school performance for archive purposes only.  I'm working on his last play and Act was beautiful and clear, once completed earlier this week.  However, Act two will come out blurred, including the menu title and other text and the burned dvd came out very blurry.  I tried to compare the Act one and now the preview of the title menu also shows a video blurry so I know that burning will be blurred as well.  Please help as I am tired of always redo the changes.  Thank you

    Hi Mr. Romano,.

My apologies for taking so long to answer. I want to thank very you much for your help and your patience.  I was able to solve the problem, although the two acts are engraved on dvd differently.  I tried to burn law on two using the achvd mode and all is well.  First used a disk of 8 GB and 4 GB, and the two were comparable, in fact better than the Act which had been burned just like a dvd.

Success and always happy with 10 first.  I confess that I bought the first 13 as a possible option, but did not open.  I'll research a bit more the difference between 10 and 13 to decide if I want since I'm tempted by the shakey eliminator mode (which was visible on my Act one and two - even with a tripod).

Would appreciate any comments on the difference between the first of 10 and 13.

Once again thanks a lot for your help.  He got my mind in the right direction for other treatment options, and I'll ignore the before preview blur.

    Respectfully,.

  • Windows Movie Maker has stopped play mpg videos

    Hi all

I've been using Director windows for more than two years for my movie editing video canon. I always convert the canon film to video files .mpg, like this is done by one of the canon utility. After that, I import videos to movie maker window. All of a sudden I have seen I am unable to read the video portion. However, it plays the audio pat. It gives no error as well.

Please let me know what could be the possible reasons for this problem and how to solve this problem.

    Best regards

    Gauri

    Hello

    ·        Remember to make changes to the system?

    ·        Are you able to play the file formats using Director of windows?

Normally, something like that, the problem is resolved by downloading and reinstalling the latest Microsoft codec packs. Click on the link below.

    Windows Movie Maker

    http://TechNet.Microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb457182.aspx

If the problem started recently then, I suggest do you a restore of the system to the point when the system worked very well and check.

  • Problems display high definition video and and GPS information to my new camera Panasonic DMC - ZS7 on Windows Photo Gallery

I like to use the photo gallery Windows to display my photos because I use the tags to organize my photos. With my camera older Canon, photos, and videos have been without problem. I've upgraded to a new Panasonic with a GPS. On my camera screen, I see the count, information city and point of reference, but not when I watch it on WPG. Also there is no recognition of my videos HD avchd lite. If I switch to Windows 7 will be this corrected? or how to work around these issues?

    Thank you

    Hello

As you are able to view the GPS informationin on camera.

To view them, you must use PHOTOfunSTUDIO HD Edition Ver.5.1.

The software mentioned above comes along to the camera.
You need to install the software and check if you are able to watch the video.

You can try with PHOTOfunSTUDIO HD Edition Ver.5.1 and work with this software for a few days, and later you can upgrade to Windows 7.

  • Lower video resolution is better?

I make YouTube videos (1280 x 720), but my Canon VIXIA takes video 1920 x 1080. Is there a significant advantage to reduce the smallest resolution of 1280 x 720 videos until I have change in first Pro CS4? If Yes, what is the best way to reduce the videos?

As says, reduce them to export. In addition, be very certain that you configure your sequence/project to match your source of images 100%. It is very important, or you will have problems. Change, then change the export parameters.

Good luck and welcome to the forum,
