Canon 70 d CR2 do not open files

Hello. I'm sure this has probably been asked before, but I fight here. I have the canon 70 d, and like my previous photoshop elements 9 could not open the RAW files, I decided to get the latest version of items 12. Now, I'm really upset, as always, it does not open the RAW files. I went to the section update but still no joy. I lost my money? Is there any solution for this? Help, please.

This unit needs at least Camera Raw 8.2. What version you have installed? Go to help/a what plug-ins/Camera Raw in your menu of Photoshop Elements and checked the version you are using.

I have no idea what browser should I use to open files in Firefox, I used the browser default Mozilla initially which caused me a lot of problems so I stopped using it but don't know alternatives, could someone please because I can't open any files at all now.

Restored iWeb and now do not open files

Used iWeb for years, no problem. Have ElCapitan current version. MacBook Pro.

Problems started when started having loading failures. Has continued to worsen. I deleted my application iWeb. Emptied my trash. Restored my support application and that part seems to be fine. The file size is still the same. Updates show that I have the latest version. Problem now is my site files do not open when I open iWeb. How can I get the files to reconnect to the application of restored iWeb?

Could not open file Windows Live thanks to save and send

Hello

I need help, send files to my windows live account directly from my Office 2010 trial software. I click on save and send, sign in to windows live and choose the file I want to send to. Then, once I click on save the program appears with an error message of indicating that it could not open the file.
