  I recently bought a Canon Mark II 1DX and the. Raw CR2 files don't sow a glimpse into El Captain. I can open the image in Adobe or LightRoom, but not in native Mac OS preview mode. I have 10.11.4 was last updated on my MacPro to 2013. Anyone else having this problem? Is there a work-around in addition to the opening of each image in Adobe? What's weird, is that Apple Photo program will display the raw image if I wanted to use this program I did not.

  I recently bought a Canon Mark II 1dx and imported the first files yesterday. They look like this. I (think I) have the latest version of Lightroom CC (2015.6.1), I have installed the latest updates of the DNG Converter. Pls help if you have any advice.

  

  The problem illustrated in the screenshot, it's that your files have been corrupted by some hardware malfunction somewhere. It could be a malfunction of the hard drive, the reader of card or even the camera card or computer memory.

  I've just uploaded the first shots I took of my new 1DX Canon Mark II and bridge / Camera Raw is not read my CR2 files. Apparently, you need higher degree to figure out how Devil was updated bridge/RAW to read the new files. Yes, I am running ole' CS5, but I have downloaded camera 6.7 RAW and DNG Converter 9.5.1 (information I had to download directly from the Adobe Web site, because my auto-update wouldn't install them directly on my computer without error message).

  I know this is probably an easy fix, so before we get too crazy, that I would like to ask the forum for help from other forums, I read resulted in my RAW. Files CR2 remaining unrecognizable inside the bridge.

  1DX Canon EOS Mark II requires a rough version of 9.5 camera at least.

  Please refer to the below document.

  CS5 can have up to version of camera raw 6.7.

  You can download CC bridge cloud creatives desktop application that can read these files.

  Is what you downloaded the dng converter that is free and used software to convert files to DNG, so they can be easily read by

  earlier versions of the software.

  Managed to run the update in the item editor and that I linked the DNG 9.5 so I can now open and edit RAW files yet. Thanks a lot for your help

• I have the new Canon EOS Mark II 1DX and me cannot find the Adobe's RAW converter for this unit on the site.

  I know it's new, but I still wish a Beta of CAMERA RAW version for this model unit. I can't properly after produce my work with what I use Lightroom and Photoshop exclusively. I'm sure you'll see more of these messages as professionals increasingly get this camera.

  Photoshop CS6 cannot open RAW images taken with a Canon G7X Mark II. I downloaded and installed Adobe DNG Converter 9.6 but still cannot open these images. Help.

  Canon G7X Mark II raw requires 9.6 cab if you need to create DNG for your G7X Mark II of Canon files. RAW files use CS6 ACR 9.1.1.

  Notice how the camera is turned off. Don't me disagree on CF card because I am using Sandisk 32 GB Extreme Pro 90/Mo/s. Even after the passage of the camera on and outside doesn't change anything, as well as different switching CF cards. Any 1DX users have this problem?

  While the CF card that you are using must be compatible with no problems, preferred rule the CF card by trying other cards in the camera  We have not had this problem with our own cameras EOS - 1 d X.

  Please change the PTP camera mode or MTP mode for USB mass storage and connect your camera to the machine.

  CC 2015 launch bridge, click on file and choose Import in the device.

  I sent a letter this morning and you don't know where to go to nto am see if there is any help. It is extremely urgent that I'm leaving on a month long photographic safarin in Central Africa and have a huge problem.

  This is what is wrong. I have a new Canon mark 11 1DX and closed format in camera raw. When I download pictures from my menory in CC card I am advised the following. COULD NOT COMPLETE THE COMMAND BECAUSE THE FILE APPEARS TO BE A MODEL OF CAMERA THAT IS NOT SUPPORTED BY THE INSTALLED VERSION OF CAMERA RAW.

  Go to the web I gives me a list of all available cameras and my camera needs Adobe camera 9.6. I have this download on my laptop, and it won't work. Going tomthe UPDATE seevction in the interface of Photoshop Photoshop CC me to be updated in ertthing.
