  SOLVED! I contacted ACER and they told me to install the launch Manager.

  I got this program already, but as I suspected that I removed this program from the start up.
  That's what they said:

  Click support > Driver download > product family > range > product model number > operating system > Application > download the Launch Manager application for your product.

  Whenever I have press NumLock or CapsLock Maj, a useless and annoying indicator appears. I was extremely frustrated with this indicator, it is often close me out programs in full screen (videos and especially games) just to tell me that I pressed the caps lock button.   When I got my Acer Aspire it had Win 8 installed, that I lower leveled for Win 7 64 bit, because he had to with my MCSA curriculum work.

  This isn't a feature in Windows 7.  It is a function created by the PC manufacturer in order to check the manual PC & Acer support website.  The utility is likely to be the same one that puts in place special keys, you have on your keyboard as a WiFi on/off switch.

  I can't tell you what will be the name of the utility that it has been appointed by Acer.  Dell calls this Quickset utility but it would be a surprise if Acer has used the same name.

  Yes.  Go to search programs and files that immediately precedes the Start button and type "toggle" and select "Change how your keyboard works" and select "Activate the ToggleKeys."

  Another way to get there: go to control panel > accessibility > Ease of Access Center > make the keyboard easier to use - then select "activate the ToggleKeys.

  This option does not seem to exist anymore.
  But there is a method that still does the trick:
  1. Open regedit
  2. Go HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ keyboard layout
  3. In the right pane, modify/add DWORD32 attributes value
  4. Choose the format Hex and enter 10000
  5. Confirm the value, disconnection and it should work!

  Everything you just mentioned has to do with third party products.  The indicator that see you in your bar tasks is not Windows XP, the browser you are using is not Microsoft.  ;-)

  You must first contact the manufacturer who provided the application of the indicator, then Mozilla (although you will have more luck with the first.)
