  Do you mean that you have a Toshiba Recovery disk?

  If Yes, then it's like you said; put the recovery disk in the CD/DVD drive to start this disc and during the procedure, you will be asked which version you want to choose.
  Then choose 32-bit that s it ;)

  I use a PC Windows 10. I retired (removed) my XP machine and installed my copy of Creative Suite 5.5 on my new computer from my CD and the software works well. However, when I went to turn it on, Adobe recognizes that my serial number is valid... but it asking me to link to a product on a drop down menu which is not my product to this topic. My software is for Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard. The way in which their activation page is set up... I will not be able to solve this problem on mine... and no customer service phone number is provided. I always hated what Adobe... they make it impossible to talk to someone in customer support or tech. Why not? They have not got enough of my money over the years? SIG: PO'ed in Chicago

• Paid to the Image of the license but not downloaded and not in the history of license

  I tried image license 90091335 this morning and got an error saying there was problems with payments, please try later. I then received a receipt by e-mail for the license, but currently the image has not been received in my downloads or in my history of license.

  I tried again the same license image about half an hour later, but still got the error of payment.

  Please tell us what to do now.

  I can see the head of the ADD000053053AU command but cannot find a corresponding image license.  I added a credit to your account so you can register the image you need.

  You can't get a serial number of Mac for a version of Windows in Acrobat 8. Version 8 is way too old.

  You will need to join the Cloud and get Acrobat or buy it outright.
