Captivate 8 won't open in Windows 8 network

I'm waiting so HE could address this problem. So far, I thought I would ask some users here if they stumbled upon this problem.

Adobe Captivate 8 does not work on my machine Windows 8. It runs on a network. All other products Adobe opens, including the additional applications provided with Adobe. We cleaned the cache and adding files (after saving my work and safe), that I was using for our projects. Does anyone have advice?

I found a site online that suggested that I open Adobe Captivate 8 as an administrator user. Which doesn't work anymore. Maybe it's time for a reinstall?

Have you installed again on the network? Maybe you missed my first answer: never install on a network drive, never having projects, or on a network drive not hiding it either.

    Adobe does most support the installation and use of Acrobat 6 because it is a very old version that is not compatible with Windows 7.

    I suggest you to please use the latest version of Acrobat 11.0.10 is perfectly compatible with your operating system with its functions and improved functions.

    We have four designers connected to a network server. All were able to open Adobe created files on the server with computers using OS 10.9.5. Two of us upgraded to 10.10.5 and now Photoshop and InDesign do not open files from the network server, or save files on the server - Illustrator and Acrobat will be. We can copy files from the server back to our offices. This sounds like a problem of permissions with Photoshop and InDesign, but do not know how to change. We use CC 2015 versions of the software.

    What version of Internet Explorer you are running?

    Have you updated and scanned with your anti-virus and anti-malware programs?  You may have picked up a bug that could be causing your problem.

    When you tried the suggestions we have made, you first close all windows?  Click on an icon of shortcut that opens minimized, drag, stretch (or any method you try) at full size.  Select file-exit.  If this does not work, I am ideas.

    I have Vista Home premium Arelatifs ie 8 service pack 2.   could open the wmv files as attachments to mail to Charleston suddenly get incorrect parrameters consignment.

    WMV files are not open on the desktop or documents.  I have recently installed media monkey program to make a music cd.

    I just bought a new PC with Windows installed 10. I loaded my Adobe Creative cs5 after the computer and all programs except Dreamweaver works fine. Trying to open Dreamweaver the banner appears for a second and then disappears. The program does not load. I did some research in the eyes of adobe and found a patch of 2011 11-0-ALL-set to UPDATE and it worked once, then it will not open again. I have traced my steps without result. I also found a suggestion that scann @! Ed the Admin Cmd, tried in vain. I'm stuck. I use every day the program to update my web site and need a solution.

    I just installed Windows 7, 32-bit version last month. I reinstalled all my programs, including InDesign and Photoshop CS3. InDesign does not work well. Photoshop CS3 worked fine until last week. One night Photoshop does not open! I have tried everything I can think of-removal of preferences (it took me three days to find out where he was, and Ctrl-alt-shift does not work) and delete a new program for playback of videos which was the only new program I had installed (just in case), then "repaired" the Photoshop using the original disk.

    Finally managed to get into Photoshop BUT: everything is twisted - colors are off, PS tells me I only 1 600 MB of RAM, when I know that I have 2 GB installed, it seems really strange - everything is gray out checkerboard.

    This is my third post on this issue - CAN someone HELP me?  I've been without my Photoshop for over a week, and desperately need to get that back. I'm just now getting back on track, trying to get my site, and al. After almost a year out of service due to a broken back and the computer crashed. Now, I have my computer back and can not use PHOTOSHOP!  Help!

    Firefox has stopped working in my computer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now, and it does not load upward.     Well, Firefox is running again! I did uninstall Chrome! I uninstalled FFox so and then restarted the computer. Before installing Chrome again, I downloaded FFox and it is up and purr! I reinstalled Chrome and have had no problems so far (and never did before). The only reason why I decided to uninstall chrome was because of the error message I received when I typed the prompt in cmd as suggested by @guigs2.

    It is a digression of your technical question, but you haven't purchased two separate subscriptions for creative cloud? You are probably aware of this, but just in case you're not, a single Plan of creative photography cloud allows installation and activation on two computers. These computers can be two Macs, two windows, or one of each. See Adobe Creative Cloud FAQ for more information. Of course, you can have another reason to buy multiple subscriptions, but I wanted to clarify in case you can save yourself a little money.
