Captivate 9 / Mac OS 10.12 Installer could not be initialized.

Hello, since 3 days I try to start Captivate. Only with cat - Help, I could find the downloadfile.

Now 2 days later I'm still sitting on the installation. Poor performance of Adobe.

I get the message that the installation program cannot be initialized, and that I must download Adobe Support Advisor.

The link below just says, that this software has already been given to the top. Great help.

In the forums, I got the trick to activate Flash player and turn off the firewall, both did not bring me to all others.

What can I do?

I m you are already a customer of creative cloud and other Adobe software and never had such a problem.

With Ralph greetings

Not specifically about Captivate, but can help to install Creative Suite on macOS 10.12 (Sierra)
