  No table reactive in Captivate. You will need to change the layout in the Mobile display breakpoint. Scrolling is possible when you have a slide that is greater than the default height of the mobile breakpoint.

  I added the interaction of radio button to my responsive 8 Captivate project. During the configuration of the radio button, I've identified the key and a variable to hold the result.   I know, very confusing! The sole purpose for which the variable is automatically created, is the text entry area (with a confusion between generic name because it is the same as the name TEB).

  Although this post was written for the widgets, that also goes for interactions with variables like the widget of option buttons.

  It is a user variable. Captivate has no type of data for the user variables. After you set the variable (attention: case-sensitive) and trials, you will see that the variable in this case will get the 'text' for the option chosen.

  I published a lot about widgets and interactions and personally complained that there virtually no documentation on their topic in help. The last game (Alpha) has some help on board, maybe they will improve.

  I tested design responsive in Captivate 8 and it looks promising, but when I publish and consult the project on iOS all the custom fonts are by default a security police web (I think it is Times New Roman).

  Is there a way possible custom fonts can be used in projects of a reactive nature for delivery on iOS?

  The fonts are included in the head section of the html page with the CSS style for the span tags. On the page of the edge Web fonts, they give you the include statement.

  Also, if you use the same font everywhere in the course they can all be changed at once by applying a CSS style to the span tags that surround the text.

  If they are not all the same font, you can try to do a find a replacement for inline styles and edit them accordingly.  Note that Captivate uses Arial for the messages and alerts so that I would not use Arial as an initial policy to replace will appear in many places.

  There is no specific locations, but they are in the CPM.js file and you need to find and replace if you have different fonts.

• Illustrator constrain proportions do not impose no height and uniform width

  I noticed this problem a few times now the last few months, but today it was annoying me more than usual - so time to see if anyone else has had or knows a solution.

  I press "M" or "L" and shift-click and drag to create a square or circle (or any other simple shape) with height and width.  I see the following in the toolbar:

  This problem happened randomly for a while now.  This example above I tested on a new document.  When this problem occurred immediately, I created another new document and more or less the same thing happened.

  This happens to you at all?  or just me?  and everyone has found a solution to this problem?  I know it's only very slightly inaccurate but Illustrator is a professional software and mistakes like that just shouldn't happen.  What I have to reboot every time or is there something simple, I'm missing here?  Sometimes, this feature works without a problem, so I'm puzzled as to what it could be.

  OK, just reset preferences and I can't reproduce the problem at the moment.  I hope this makes it set for now.

• Question slide insert problem in Captivate 9 Responsive Design project

  I'm trying to insert a question after a slide in the project but Captivate keeps placing below the new issue with a pile of other issues in the project. When she did this, I can't move the slide to the post I want to in class stream nor can I move any other current slide. What should I try?

  The usual reason for this behavior is that you try to insert a quiz with Questions before the test.  Questions before the test can be placed at the beginning of a lesson BEFORE all other issues for the main quiz quiz.

• Adobe Captivate 8 - responses of synchronization in the text entry box

• Need help with Custom Field Layout - getting wirer height value

  In the BB Simulator, I get a strange value placed in in my field layout() method custom. The width is 320, which is correct, but the height is 1073741823 and it takes 240 or less. In this test, my custom field is the only field in the Manager, so I expect to 240.

  I tried two different simulators - BB curve and the 8800. I use JDE 4.5.0 in Eclipse 3.4.1. This is the code for my method of layout:

  I'm upgrading my custom field in a VerticalField Manager with the following attributes:

  A VerticalFieldManager comes, I think, with default VERTICAL_SCROLL.  If you do not want to scroll through this particular Manager, add VerticalFieldManager.NO_VERTICAL_SCROLL to your forests of style and it will be laid out with only the height and the actual width.

  Also, since you setExtent() by yourself, USE_ALL_HEIGHT and USE_ALL_WIDTH are redundant, I think.

• Flex 3 problem UITextField height and layout

  My goals are:

  (c) the TitleWindow height should be variable. The UITextField and the radioButtonGroup are a TitleWindow. I would like to change the height of the TitleWindow based on the content inside.

  At the moment, I have put y radioButtonGroup on the TitleWindow downwards, so that the content of the UITextField overlaps. But, when he doesn't are too much text in the UITextField, I get a huge gap between the radioButtonGroup VBox and her.

  I saw some other report that Support Adobe boasts a 50 meg orientation 'Cap '. I have always recommended 50-65 slides as a very broad and general upper limit. That varies of course, depends on several factors. The number of objects on each slide, the dimensions off-brand project, etc.

  I wonder how I can create a vertical box with a specific width Manager.   I'll give you a quick answer here.  I'm not the right person to do it, but I suspect that you won't see most of the people better than me until tomorrow.

  But looking at your current code, I might be able to explain a few things that will help you.

  Each manager is says how it can be by the sublayout call framework, with the maximum width and height that the Manager can use.  Each Manager works how big it must be iteratively in all areas, there and asking them what size they want to be.  It does this by calling the method of positioning of the field, and he passes two values, width remaining, and the height that remains.

  A VerticalFieldManager will tell all its areas they have the entire available width, and the height of the rest, this height will be some height the value for money was given, less all the fields above already asked.  Back of page layout, optimization of resources will be ask the field how much height is really needed and subtract that before calling the layout on the next field.
