Cascades WebView and embedded Youtube videos

Hello

I created a simple application using the latest Beta 4, which contains 1 tablet containing a webview cascading.

The webview load a html file that uses the Youtube Javascript API to load and play a video.

When I run the app, everything seems fine and the Youtube player is present and load the title of the video. However, after that he tries to load the video, it displays this message inside

"Video is currently unavailable.

I am positive that my javascript is correct (I can open the same html file in my browser and it works very well). The video is certainly available as well.

Any ideas why this happens?

Thank you

Imad

10.1.0.273 on a Z10 using you can play YouTube videos in a WebView Cascades. It is the same on a Dev Alpha C 10.1.0.1485 running.

  • Impossible to incorporate and view YouTube videos to Muse: 'plugin blocked. "

    Hello! I'm unable to embed YouTube videos on my site of Muse. Whenever I have paste either YouTube embed code in an HTML object or try to use the YouTube widget, Muse shows a black box instead of the object with the "Plug-in Blocked" notification, and I'm unable to view the content. I can embed Vimeo videos very well, but I'd really like the ability to integrate YouTube videos as well.

    Does anyone know why Muse blocking me the integration of YouTube videos? This seems to be a very odd behavior, and I found no other discussions on the forum regarding this same issue.

    Thank you for any assistance you can provide!

    Great idea! I never use Safari, Chrome only. But when I tried to view the video in Safari, I discovered my Flash Player youtube plugin was out of date. I installed the latest version of Flash Player and that fixed the problem! The YouTube widget now works normally w / muse and I also see embedded YouTube videos. Please point me in the right direction. I never thought to solve this problem. You Rock!

    As you are not sure of what you have removed for cause of your problems, I suggest that do you a system restore to a date before you start deleting these files, and then start carefully again, before to remove any file of dual control.

  • Embedded YouTube videos work locally, but not after the FTP publishing. Works locally and on the web in all other browsers. Using FF 17.0.1 and Adobe Flash 11.5.502

    Found a Tube-video, which I embarked on one of the pages of my site. Using FF 17.0.1 and Adobe Flash 11.5.502, YouTube-videos work locally, but not after the FTP publishing.

    I work reasonable locally and on the web in all other browsers.

    Stupid FF?

    The HTML code is as follows:

    <table WIDTH="770" CELLPADDING="0" CELLSPACING="0">
      <tr VALIGN="TOP">
        <td VALIGN="top" ALIGN="left" width="463">
    <object WIDTH="340" HEIGHT="193">
          <param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/N6GvuO_9tLY?fs=1?amp;hl=de_DE">

        </object>
    </td>
        <td VALIGN="top" ALIGN="left" width="403"></td>
        </tr>
    </table>

    I've experimented on the use of < iframe > instead of < object >. No change. Cache cleared on each attempt.

    Any thoughts?

    If it works in Firefox Safe mode and then disable all extensions (Tools > Modules > Extensions) and then try to find out who is causing by allowing an extension at a time until the problem reappears.

    Close and restart Firefox after each change through "file > exit ' (Mac: ' Firefox > leave";) Linux: "file > exit ')

    Alternatively, you can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Dreamweaver CS6 not overview of embedded YouTube videos

    I created a simple page with a number of YouTube videos embedded on this subject, but Dreamweaver CS6 will not preview the videos unless the page is first downloaded to a web server.

    I received the YouTube embed code and pasted in the code (in split view) window.  A gray box showing the player appears in the design window, but after saving the page and try to see in Live View or preview in Safari, YouTube players not to load.

    I managed to get the players to show only after a temporary Web site download (http://www.omnimediaservices.com/orionvideos.html), but there should be a way to that displayed by a browser at least before having to download.

    Is your src in the "iframe" for youtube like this?

    SRC = "" / / www.youtube.com/embed/agiu6koSU4k ""

    Change to cela and save it locally, and locally preview it in a browser to see if it works:

    "SRC ="http:/ / www.youtube.com/embed/agiu6koSU4k.

    If so, you can use the same copy on your server.

  • Dreamweaver CS6: Embedding Youtube video causes DW stops responding

    Hello

    I'm building a simple site that displays a youtube video on the home page. The video is placed in a div tag that is placed in a specific location on the bottom of the page to make it appear as if he plays on an old PC which is part of the image. I paste the code in the div tag in code view and it appears as a grey box in design mode. Everything seems fine until there, but when I click on the live mode view DW CS6 stops responding and the design view window becomes white. I tried to paste the video embed code on my other page and in an empty html document to see if it was a problem with the rest of the code, but the same thing happens on the pages. If I save the page and preview in Chrome or Firefox page displays the windows cursor to load for a few minutes and then returns a youtube error 6 (ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND).

    I spent a few hours of research and nothing found via Google, Adobe and Lynda.com tutorials help searches. I am new to the web design and CSS and got as much as I did through lessons from Lynda.com. That is to say that I have an index page and a separate game guide page linking back displaying the images and the text exactly as I want. Everything else works pretty well, only video integration gives me bad, which is frustrating, because from what I read it is supposed to be one of the simplest processes.

    I'm really at a loss on how to solve this problem and would appreciate any help the Adobe community can give me.

    Thanks in advance.

    Good to know,

    I solved the problem, but I don't know exactly why it worked. I went to another site that uses Youtube videos erotic and tried their embed code that appeared the same to my untrained eye. But to my surprise this video worked perfectly, so I just put the url of my video in and it worked. I don't know that why, as far as I can tell that as well incorporate codes are the same. Both use

  • the accordion panel embedded youtube videos

    I'm trying to get videos from youtube built-in in Accordion Panel pop

    the accordion panel would have "titles" with the descriptions posted if clicked, and here in the description would be a link to the youtube embedded video will appear next to the Panel.

    go to each accordion panel selection and get a different embedded video to play.

    Anyone know if this is possible and how?

    Well, to have instructions can be a solution, or you can use custom code to achieve this.

    I wouldn't recommend customization, but if you stop the video while the container is not active, you can use jQuery or Javascript inserted with youtube html that should detect if the container is not active then to stop the video.

  • No built-in play Youtube Video

    I joined Youtube videos in my DPS project, but they will not play. Loading the image of the poster, including a red play button, but when I push button nothing happens. If I press the icon "info" at the top of the Youtube video twice then it reloads and will play the video. Of course it won't work as a solution.

    In addition, it works fine in the preview of the office but once I have test on the iPad, it fails.

    I'm happy to announce that Google has already deployed a fix, and embedded YouTube videos are once again streaming in apps DPS!

  • Add the YouTube video poster

    The DPS documentation recommends to place an image of the poster for the embedded YouTube videos:

    • In InDesign CS6 or later, you can use the command insert HTML code to insert a clip from YouTube embed code. For best results, edit the YouTube embed code to include "scr =https:/ / www.youtube.com ' instead of ' src = / / www.youtube.com.» The overlay set to Auto Play and add a picture of the sign in front of the overlay.

    Can someone please explain exactly how to do this?

    When I put manually the poster on top of the overlay of YouTube, it simply disappears on the device once the overlay is loaded. And using a DCL of two States, as Bob advocated in the tips of DPS, means that the user must click twice: once to move to the State second of MSO and reveal the YouTube video and a second time to play the video itself.

    Is it possible to place a poster that users can simply tap to play the video?

    Steve

    Right, you want to leave autoplay works to start layering. Otherwise, the user will need to type to start the overlay and view YouTube poster and then tap again to play the video.

    Another way to think of it there are 2 posters: a poster of load and a poster of YouTube. Load poster prevents the screen black while Flash as the superposition of loads (and it is displayed in navigation mode). The YouTube poster with the red arrow is that users press to start the video.

    If you don't feel like it, stream videos to a Web site rather than from YouTube.
