• GANYMEDE configuration on a 1900

  Forgive me if this question belongs on the Forum of General safety

  I read the Document ID:9906 configuration GANYMEDE + on the catalyst 1900.

  I have a 1924 configuration that has GANYMEDE on it. The switch is not on my network yet... I use a cable from the console to configure. I tftp config running on in NVRAM. Some how in the process, I have a level 15 password enable xxxxx left in the config.

  When I log in the sw and go into enable mode... Ganymede should expire several times until I can get in.

  My question has to do with enable secret password vs have enable password level 15

  Right now I have both... To make my configurations correspond to what is in the rest of my network that is online, I need to remove the level 15 of the enable password xxxx (xxxx pretending is the pw) command because its pw is not encrypted.

  Which leaves me with the password enable secret lonely.

  My concern is when I take off the level of password enable 15... I am not able to get back into my switch!

  password server GANYMEDE last resort

  are both in my configuration

  Can I take the xxxx level 15 password enable leaving the enable secret in and not locked switch?

  Keep in mind that the 1924 is not on my network yet... I have to drive hundreds of miles to install it and don't want to get in trouble when I'm there with her.

  The main difference between the enable password and the enable secret password is that the encrypted enable password uses a reversible encryption function and the password plaintext can be recovered by using the encrypted password. The secret password enable, however, uses a non-reversible encryption function.

  Is the only time where the enable password is used if the enable secret password is disabled (or you are using an old image that does not support the enable secret password).

  Therefore, it should be perfectly safe to remove the enable password. You will not get locked switch as long as you know the enable secret password.

  I have hp Pavilion g6 with Win 8 64 bit. It has Intel HD 3000 and AMD Radeon HD 6400M graphics card. Both have updated. But from AMD Catalyst Control Center missed several options/tabs. I only have three options in advanced mode. Please help me solve this problem.

  I have a Toshiba Satellite A500 - 14l with a mobility radeon HD4650.

  I have replace Vista by Windows 7 in September 2009 (thanks to msdnaa), installed the latest driver I found. A few months pass, I decided to update my graphics driver. As you can see, there is no updated driver for Windows 764-bit for my laptop model psam3e.

  I tried the catalyst 10.7 (8.753) to use the acceleration of the ITA with vlc 1.1.1 so I cheat, I claim that my laptop was a L670-psk3ee to get a 8.712.2.1 version of catalyst.
  That works very well, and it's the only way I found to get a 'almost' updated driver. Then, I installed the Hydravision game.amd.com site (because it is not included in the driver from toshiba).
  Now, entrance to the CCC in the right click is absent, and the hydravision tab is missing in the CCC too. I never see this problem before, so if someone has an idea...

  PS:
  * With the help of Windows 7 64 bit and day, except ati driver because of politics of toshiba.
  * ccc means Catalyst Control Center. the shortcut in "all programs" works very well.
  * Hydravision is a useful tool to manage the multi desktop and display. As there is no entry in the CCC I can't set it up, but the multi-Bureau exe works very well also.

  Everything works fine on my computer (laptop), so I think that the problem came from driver Toshiba (as AMD cannot provide a generic because of the specific feature added by toshiba, like monitoring the temperature & cie). I'm so interesting in the ability to add CCC on the shortcut menu and add the Hydravision tab to the CCC.
  PS 2: I already uninstall - registry clean - reinstall the driver Ati & hydravision, it does not work.

  You can t use AMD drivers directly because they are designed only for cards of office. There is no mobile driver that works with a graphics card for laptop. I think that's the reason why the CCC entry is missing.
  Please remove this driver and install the official version of the Web from Toshiba site.

  But a point would be interesting to know:
  Why you trying to update the display driver? If everything is working properly, no update is necessary! :)

  Dear people of Sony, is possible to add a feature to export / trasncoding files between In and Out marks only as in catalyst go? Was surprised not to find, very handy when there is a large file that has two or more WB settings required, to export part of the file with the parameters a, marking the section with inside and outside and then adjusting those yet to export the or other parts of the shooting with an another WB settings?

  I know there is a feature to copy sections of the files ' between inside and outside "only but it would have been more convenient to have it as in catalyst browse my humble OPINION."

  Or is there a simpler workflow that I'm missing out on?

  P.S. Thanks to solve the strange Maj WB problem that I reported earlier, Travis and team, I have since reinstalled catalyst prepare 2015 and in awe of the capabilities of the software. Great job.

  Thanks for the question.

  I think the function of catalyst to prepare that can solve your problem is a subset of creation. What you can do is put an In/Out point with a WB setting, and then click Log. Create a subclip (see screenshot). This will create a subelement with the color settings.

  I just downloaded Catalyst browse on my laptop, fell to a folder with some footages of FS7, but I cannot read the footages.

  The message indicates, "the media item is not supported or contains missing files".

  I see the footages in Premiere pro, however, I don't think that there is nothing wrong with the files.

  If anyone knows of this problem? and a solution?

• Codes sound satellite 1900-303

  I have a 1900-S303 Satellite that has a broken screen. The hard drive and ram have been removed by the previous owner. If I turn on the laptop it gives 3 long beeps and does not appear on an external monitor. My question is what is the meaning of the beeps, it will not show because the ram is missing and what kind of ram I need. There are 3 memory slots, one under the keyboard and two below, all are missing from the RAM chips. Basically it is worth buying a new screen for it, because they are very expensive?

  It is quite possible that the machine will beep when no RAM is available.
  To help with the dilemma of new parts - consider the following:
  Summarize the price for new modules of RAM and a hard drive again.
  Contact an ASP and ask them for the price of the screen for this model (you must be precise because there are several models of the 1900 series!).
  How much is it? Compare it aware of the prices for the kind of machine you need (laptop / desktop/performance and so on). Then it should be easy to judge how to proceed.

• Enable remote management on FVS336gv2 through CLI

  So I did something incredibly stupid to try to solve a problem, that we had and I have disabled HTTPS remote management in the GUI and now I am not able to make the interface of the routers.

  I can however, Telnet to the router from Telent is activated.

  How can I enable https remote via the CLI management? I can't find anything in the CLI PDF or I'm missing something.

  I have a problem running under RT of VI in LabVIEW 2012.

  Our system consists of several independent modules that are open and run from a VI Manager. VI paths to modules are read in a VI Manager .ini file.

  We create a single executable file (RT Launcher) who takes the path of the VI Manager as an argument (attachment: RT Launcher.png).

  The RT Launcher is placed in the... 2012 as the LabVIEW.exe \National Instruments\LabVIEW dossier.

  The RT Launcher is called from the CLI.

  "C:\Program NIUninstaller Instruments\LabVIEW 2012\RT Launcher.exe" "C:\Workspace\Labview\Manager.vi."

  This will run the Manager.vi in the runtime environment and the Manager.vi will open the .ini file and run a Module VI.

  By calling the Launcher.exe RT from the same folder as the LabVIEW.exe, search paths should be the same.

  The system has worked well in LabVIEW 2010.

  The VI Manager opens with a broken arrow and the errors indicate that void vi.lib screws are missing (attachment: errors.png Manager VI)

  I know that there is code LV2010-> LV2011-> LV2012 compiled cache object and separate questions, but simply could not figure out how to get around this problem.

  Can someone explain the difference and how to solve the problem?

  I just sent you an e-mail (before I saw your post) with some other information related to this.

  About the reproduction looks that you have included a palette in your source distribution file (mnu), that will not work (sorry for not seeing this before).

  Could you try to see if it was unintentionally included in your dependendies or whatever it is? The behavior of mnu files is also something that changed from 2010 to 2011, so if you run with the old project of 2010 there could be some bad dependencies. (We recommend always to create a new project when migrating a LabVIEW project to a newer version).

• G7 2233 pilots missing after windows 7 ultimate 64-bit new installation

  Hi - I received the computer modeled above with 8 pre-installed windows. I installed a clean install (wiped readers) and installed the operating system Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. When I did, none of the internet connections would even work. I since found (somehow) a pilot who was consistent, which deals with the missing wifi adapter, but I still need the following items:

  Assuming that you have a HP Pavilion laptop g7-2233 cl, specifications, other than the CPU, the RAM and the size of the screen, seem to be the same as my sister-brother g6-2210us laptop HP Pavilion computer. Drivers 64-bit of Windows 8 listed for two computers are the same. I installed Windows 7 64 bit on his computer about a month ago and used the following drivers of multiple origins;

  Drivers for Chipset AMD (Chipset, USB 3.0, SATA/RAID)

  AMD Catalyst Display Driver

  Realtek FE family LAN Driver 

  Card reader driver Realtek PCIe RTS5229

  and from Windows Update "HP Mobile Data Protection Sensor.

  It is possible that the WLAN chipset on your machine is different and may require different drivers.

  I've also updated updated the Synaptics driver to v16.2.21 on Synaptics site. Some of the factors above may require the HP sp59202 software framework. In addition, the WebCam requires the package of "VideoCM" of the "SWsetup" folder in the original installation of Windows 8 and CyberLink YouCam sp59986.

  When you are finished, there is no unknown device on its system.
