  We bought DIADEM 2014 (1xBASE/2xAdvanced) and our client uses DIADEM 2011.

  As a result, we had different problems and as to downgrade our version of DIADEM.

  Is this possible? How can I get the old version and my license is also work?

  You can use an older version with your new purchase (you may use 2014 or any previous version of DIAdem, but not both at the same time, please check the license agreement of the software).

  Older software versions OR can be found here:

  Just enter the name and version of the software you wish to download, i.e. 'DIAdem 2011' in the field of research to the above URL and choose the version you want to download, then install.

  The license file you received with your version of 2014 should work with previous versions of DIAdem.

  Depending on the modules OR the license agreement found here: http://www.ni.com/legal/license/ you can install an earlier version of the software that you own:

  Upgrades; Previous Versions. If the software is an upgrade, you can use the software if you have a valid license to use the earlier version of the software, and you may not use the upgrade both of the earlier version of the software at the same time. You can choose to use an older version of any software delivered and licensed under this agreement rather than use the delivered software and a license under this agreement ("software"), provided (i) you have a copy authorized by the earlier version of the software. (ii) all use is pursuant to and in accordance with this agreement; and (iii) Notwithstanding any provision of this agreement to the contrary, in no case NOR will have to support any version of the software, including the provision of applicable software key codes or key to material other than the version then most recent of the delivered software.

  Previous versions of Flash Player are displayed in the archived Flash Player versions.  You will first need to uninstall the latest version by using the uninstall program posted Uninstall Flash Player | Windows and then you can install the previous version.

  For problems that you experience with your software, please create a bug to http://bugbase.adobe.com/report.  Please see the tech note report a Flash Player crash for more information on the filing of a bug and the information to be provided.  If you can, adding source code/simple swf with the problem will be very useful.

  The file field in the Properties window for the .swf will fill the tags parameter and the object with the location of your .swf file.

• Sensitivity on flash cc 2014

  I've updated to 2014 flash cc and now does not have the sensitivity of the end (on wacom 13 hd)

  Well, I tried the uninstall completely the cintiq and reinstall with the cd (not to download the latest driver!) and I saw a new problem. Pressure has worked, but the lines appear a few cm (or thumb) from the tip of the stylus on the left.

  I found a solution to this new problem in another series of questions in this forum.  I solved it opens to the location of the file of the program in question and go to properties > compatibility and check the option "disable display timing of ppp settings high."

• Flash Crash on Firefox.

  Whenever I visit a page that contains any objects Flash, Firefox responds more briefly and then a pop of dialogue to say that Shockwave Flash fell down. I tried all the fixes I found on other issues: I reset Firefox, run it in Safe Mode, disabled all extensions, reinstalled Firefox and Flash, downgraded Firefox and Flash and turn off "protection Mode" of Flash, etc. The problem seems to only saw the day after I've upgraded to Firefox 20 yesterday if it's of any help. Flash also crashes on IE and does not work on Chrome (YouTube does not play sound for example). I am running out of ideas and I was wondering if someone has something that I could try. Thanks in advance for answers!

• screen of Mac pro 2014 remains black when power up

  MacPro 15.4/2.2ghz/16gb/256gb 2014 flash power off all good last night.  Am it powers up but the screen remains black.  Apple on the cover of the lit even when closed.  Start button / stop it but same result when this back to the top.

• How can I know what Adobe programs I need on my computer?

  My Adobe Flash Player keeps crashing. I just downloaded Flash Player Plugin from 14 and noticed that I have 5 other Adobe programs on my computer. How can I know which ones I need to keep? Those I have is:

           Acrobat.com installed 7/03/2010;
           Flash Player 13 Active X installed 5/14/2014;
           Flash Player 14 Plugin installed 7/09/2014;
           Reader X (10.1.10) installed 5/19/2014; and
           Shockwave Player 12.0 installed 9/16/2013.
  

  Given that you list the plugins installed below, any information about those do not necessary would be useful.

  You don't need everything! But if you don't there is the 'stuff' you won't be able to do on the internet or read when you download a file that needs an Adobe program or plugin.

• Repeated and constant crashes, Help!

  Firefox has been repeatedly crashing after that that it was opened to all an hour or two. Sometimes he says that it is because the container plugin has stopped working, but other times it just downright crashes and brings me directly to the window "send information to mozilla.   Bought a new 8700 with 8.1 on this victory. without realizing the difference between it and the win 7 64 I use on my laptop. I hate it. I don't use apps. I do not use the clouds, etc. I run in desktop mode. Twice, I registered live mail 2012 my email and all subfolders have disappeared. Now I keep getting IE11 has stopped responding, can't find the problem, shut down. Never had any of these problems with my laptop or my old XP desktop... All thoughts of lead win8.1 and installing a new Win 7 pro?  It is a new machine, and the 'old', he gets the more problems it seems to have... Why they stopped support for XP why?

• The module is not on the agenda (Panel of TK v4 / PS CC 2015)

  I bought CC 2015 yesterday and also bought the v4 of TK through adding it to the page.

  After you install the add-in on in the Manager and previously installed the new Office CC app 2.1.3.121 version (the most recent yesterday), quite simply, it does not appear in the extension menu.

  I've tried troubleshooting pdf Kuyper Tony sent me, but it did not help. My guess is that something with my creative cloud app does not work - namely the synchronization.

  The other clue I'll have, is I could have Photoshop open while I bought the Board and installed everything first. However, I suppose that a reinstallation of Photoshop and the Panel would solve the problem. Yet, there is no.

  I think that there may indeed be a synchronization of file problem.  I Skyped with three people who have had this problem and none saw any activity on the AddOns site in the activity stream on the HOME tab of the CC desktop application that we have tried to add and remove TKActions V4 via the AddOns site.  However, for all these people, update/reinstall a previous version of their application for Photoshop has led a statement in the activity stream that the update occurred.  So CC desktop app has updates of the application in the activity stream but is not recording on the AddOns site activity, even if they had the same Adobe Connect ID for both CC and AddOns app and were recorded in both.  All these people had file-synchronization on the enforcement office CC and all running the latest version of the desktop app (2.1.3.121)

  The downgrade to CC 2014, then the use of the extensions manager with CC, 2014 being which seems to be a solution for this problem, I'm reprinting below step by step:

  1. Reinstall the PS CC 2014 per the instructions on this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html. (Click on the link 'Install previous versions of the applications' to access this section of the page.)
  2. Open the Extension of the application of CC Desktop Manager and make sure that PS CC 2014 is displayed in the column of the products.  (If the extension manager is not installed, install it using the application of Office CC.  If it shows an update of Extension Manager is available, to update, and then open it.)
  3. Visit your "My Add-ons" page on the Web Adobe add-ons site: https://creative.adobe.com/addons/ (my add-on is a link on the left.)
  4. Click on the link 'Install questions?' below the install/Remove button.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page that opens, and click on the link 'Download using the extensions Manager' at the bottom.
  6. Download the file and open it.  Extension Manager should then install the Panel of TKActions V4 in the PS CC 2014 application.
  7. Now open PS CC 2015.  In the menu, click window > Extensions > TKActionsV4 to open the Panel.

  NOTE: You must have an active subscription to the creative cloud for this to work.  A trial subscription does not allow the necessary CC 2014 PS downgrade.

  There will probably be people who have problems with this procedure.  If you send me an email for an evaluation form and have a capacity of screen (like Skype) sharing, I'll be happy to help you explore alternative solutions.

• Delicate design for IOS build

  I have a project of CC 2014 Flash I will convert to IOS. Here is the original size of the app for iPad 1024 x 768 pixels, maybe I need to have a size of Iphone, 336 x 192 pixels. In a previous post, I was told to create a clip of the entire page of each image and just reduce the work to the small size. Do it, but the result is the text and the buttons are too small I thought that the IOS would have been sensitive displayed on an IPhone user would be able to make the screen bigger with a spread, but this isn't the case.

  Just need to know if I can code the size of the IPad to meet OR what I need to do another layout size IPhone?

  If I need to create a smaller layout and it is too crowded I would hit plans for a size of the iPhone which is logical.

  You use iMac OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 with creative cloud, eleven CS and CC updates fail consistently with 'download error. Press Retry to try again, or contact customer support. (49)" updates seem to never start, they just instant fail with the above error.

  Programs that fail to download the update:

  CS6 -Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Flash Professional

  All updates failed properly updated before noon the next day without me being involved. It is good to know that an unsuccessful upgrade attempt remained and upgrades automatically when the problem is resolved.
